My girlfriend and I were hungry. We’re out running around. We slid in this location about 845 last night only ones in there so the crew was kind of bullshitting with us while we were eating too. It was a good time. I had their limited time French dipwow it is an amazing if you like a French dip sandwich. wow it is a amazing if you like a French dip sandwich. And we both tried their french fries wow the best french fries I think I’ve had outside of like Zaxby’s or Sonny’s or something like that better than any fast food french fries

Why place a sticker on the bag stating it was “DOUBLE CHECKED FOR ACCURACY” when I ordered a French dip with au jus and got a dry sandwich and no au jus? According to Amber its supposed to be placed inside the bag, separate from the container the sandwich is placed in.
False advertisement because there we only two sandwich containers.

Ordered $84 worth of food which included delivery fee and tip for the driver. It took an hour for the driver to deliver then when he got here it was less than half of the food ordered so I told him to go back and get the rest! I was on the phone with the manager when she said he came and got the other bags and left, 3 and a half hours later the driver has not returned! In the meantime we were told by the manager that if we wanted a refund we had to go to the store personally to get it but it would be less the driver fee and the tip!!!! It wasn’t their fault the Uber driver was incompetent! Firehouse subs did not want to take any blame even though they contracted Uber eats to do deliveries for them! Needless to say this store needs a makeover because the employees have no idea about customer service! I’d like to think it was just them and not the franchise!

They’re sandwiches are getting smaller, though their food is good. What I don’t appreciate is they almost insist that you round up and then they want a tip for doing their job with no extra service to a take out customer. Why are we tipping for takeout? Don’t these workers get paid for making sandwiches? I’m not cheap, but i feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Won’t go back! Next thing you know we’ll be asked for tips at McDonald’s, burger king, etc…stop this nonsense. Pay the workers a wage that doesn’t depend on tipping for take-out.

spent $15.47 on one large sandwich it took them two minutes to get to the counter because they were sitting in the lobby talking sitting at a table. I ordered my sandwich and she said we will call you when it’s ready. No thank you or anything whenever my sandwich was complete she said turkey bacon ranch finished and slammed it on the counter. It is not in a bag or anything and this is a to go order so I politely grabbed my sandwich to say thank you she said welcome. Have a good day with no good tone behind her voice or anything. The whole staff today was uncalled for and there needs to be investigation on this because nobody wants to eat at a place where they’re not going to be greeted as they come in the door and then spend a crap ton of money and get told have a good day in an ugly tone.

I was hired as Assistant Manager 3 weeks ago… The GM Nikki Bowles refused to address my concerns about Food Safety and Sanitation… When I asked to speak to the District manager, Daniel, he too refused to address my concerns and said if I didn’t agree with the way the store was ran than I could leave. Set up is just like every Firehouse, but what makes this a 5 star would be the Employees. They are friendly and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed before leaving when I have a large order and they put it together in a timely manner when they were slammed with orders. They were focused on each order and customer coming in the door. I also got a really good deal on my order because I ordered through the app. Overall, great experience and I would definitely order here again.

Stopped in to pickup something to take home for dinner. Service was very friendly to assist me with my order and put it together. Great selection of hot and cold subs. I ordered the Engineer, something different from the normal sub shop. Food is great, will definitely be back.
