I love this location. Initially, for the extensive Dwarf House options but yesterday my dine in experience was a bit different. I had lunch with a family member i hadn’t spent time with in awhile and this is his favorite restaurant and I saw EXACTLY why! We are ALL aware of the Customer Service of Chick Fil A but the hostess, Dayana, waiter, Isreal, exceeded what I’ve come to expect. From their initial greeting til we left (and we stayed AWHILE), the energy and hospitality was beyond that of an expensive 5-star restaurant. The food was fast, hot, fresh and DELICIOUS but the service… IMPECCABLE!

Was angry purchased a cold latte and it was just ice and whip cream took me to the end of the drive through it was done I spun the car around back in the drive through I went and just sad I forgot the managers name but can’t forget that nose ring had to ask to see his face as the girl in the drive through was pleasant to ask if they could give me another one as I ordered the last one with a meal he flat out said no after she explained it had too much ice and I I ended up paying double to get another. How hard was it to just give a customer seconds after hearing a free drink or a refill or even charge me the meal cost smh

everything about Chick-fil-A has gone completely down hill.. Truett Cathy is probably turning over in his grave.. the quality of food is gone.. replaced by some cheap imitation chicken that tastes horrible..and I can’t believe how many people still eat it..I guess because people have gotten so used to eating garbage that they think this is still real quality food..but it’s not anymore..I put this place on the same bottom shelf level as McDonald’s

Food here is sub par, I’ve lived in this area for 10yrs, lately the quality of food has been horrible, Ice cold chicken breast with a hot egg on top, Hashbrowns are now soggy and falling apart full of oil, Coffee tastes like they haven’t cleaned the urns, and Cookies…I used to love them, now they are icebox cold and rock solid…This location needs competent management that focuses on food quality and not just the “My Pleasure!” part of the experience!

Drove all the way to the “Bridge” to get these bone in wings from Chick-fil-a. 1 million people were in the line, so I parked and went inside. Had a private picnic inside my car and thoroughly enjoyed the lemon pepper wings and mac and cheese. Washed it down with a classic lemonade. On this otherwise rainy and ugly day, I found solace. It was well worth the drive. YUMMY!!!!
