Even though they were extremely busy, every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell this team truly cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do.
My order was ready quickly, the pizzas were fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was nothing but positive despite how hectic it was. It’s rare these days to walk into a place and feel that level of friendliness and professionalism at the same time.

I visited this location on February 8th I ordered 3 pizzas and by far they were some of the worst pizza I have ever had. I do understand it was Superbowl Sunday, so they were busy. The issue was the quality was so subpar barely any sauce on the pizzas, I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and instructed buffalo sauce put on none was added and it had onions even though I didn’t add that on the pizza, the pepperoni pizza was dry and sitting out it wasn’t fresh, the cheese pizza was just as bad dry no sauce. On the positive the staff was great a delivery driver came in from a dropoff and helped me at the register and was kind and all the staff was welcoming. I wouldn’t order from here due to the low quality of the pizza, but the staff is great in terms of customer service. There are many other pizza places nearby independent and pizza chains I would rather order from these then here, it was very disappointing, and I wrote feedback and never got any response from the franchise owner.

I would give zero stars if I could. My order was significantly delayed, but the lack of transparency was the real issue. When I walked in, the staff told me it was in the oven and had me pay for the order immediately. After waiting even longer, they finally confessed that they had given my pizza to a different customer. Why lie and take my payment if the food wasn’t even there? Total lack of integrity and management. Avoid this location.!!!

I picked up an order yesterday afternoon
(9-13) around 4:15. It was for a cheesesteak pizza.
First, the pizza was delicious!!
Second, it was ready on time!!
Last but definitely NOT least, I can’t say enough about the AMAZING staff!!
From the minute I walked in to the minute I left I was greeted by MULTIPLE staff members who either said Welcome to Dominoes, enjoy your pizza or have a great day!
Everyone was working together with smiles on their faces & that says everything I need to know about the people who work there! My family owned a pizzeria. I know how hard the work is yet again, everyone was smiling! I’ve lived in the area for some time now & I can’t think of another business I’ve been in where the employees were so friendly!
Thank you for being such a great group of people. You made my day!

Delivery was on time, but the pizza was missing all vegi toppings and was wayyyy overcooked, dry pizza. Never again, a frozen pizza from the store is better. I called the store, and they just brushed me off, promised a refund for pizza, and did not refund. Very bad experience without anyone caring.
Also, the review response and the email you left me are useless. There is no response.
I want others to know this as well. The corporation does nothing to resolve quality issues.

I’m not sure if this is how the pizza is supposed to be. But they did forget the olives & tomatoes. I did order light on the cheese but this seems like extremely light on the cheese. Is this really the amount of cheese you get when you order light on the drop down menu online? On a positive note we ordered a cheese pizza for the kids and they seemed very happy with it.

Only one star because there is no zero. I DID get a refund without any prob.but we are still hungry. Ordered meattza pizza, and when it finally arrived, we couldn’t believe it. It looked as though it was leftover from days before. Dry, cracked un- sauced. Un edible! Plus… there was NO MEAT, AT ALL. NEVER GOING BACK. The food is always pretty good. But the employees are often arguing with each other about why things are taking so long or why they can’t make something right. They are always running behind, the app says it’s ready so I leave the comfort of my car just to be told it’s either still in the oven or they are still making it. I wouldn’t be upset if that happened occasionally but it happens every time.
