I ordered a bacon cheeseburger today at this location and I have never had a problem here in the past. With what I’ve come to expect from 5 guys this is unacceptable for a $25 meal. A regular fry is usually the cup of fries with a good portion filling the bag at the bottom. I attached photos of the “regular” fries I received today, this would be unacceptable for a little fry from here.. Maybe 10 fries in total for $7.50? This is the main draw for five guys… no one comes to this restaurant for an overpriced burger they come because the fries are a value..not this time I guess. I won’t be back to this location, if this is a chain wide move, five guys will be gone in a year. The burger was good, whoever was on fries, you’re killing your location.

Today’s food wasn’t the normal level of amazingness. Why 5 stars??? Because today is the 9th or 10th time going and it’s the first time the food wasn’t amazing and near perfect. The burger was still very good. It made me appreciate the spectacular burgers I’ve consistently been getting. It can’t always be perfect, but it’s still rather good when not perfect.

It’s a little expensive for what you get. The service is great and I really enjoy the burgers. I just don’t know if $10.89 is a justifiable price. There’s a lot of good restaurants in the area to buy a burger at. My total was $20.11 for a small combo. That’s basically a full service sit down ticket price without a tip.

I typically only get an Oreo and Creame Milkshare from here because I like it. However, for some reason on Sundays the crew that works there just doesn’t seem to make it well or the machine didn’t chill the base ingredient super well which was the case tonight. It tasted okay, but not the way I like it. It seems that only the one girl that works there on Saturday night’s usually or the other guy knows how to truly make and check the milkshake machine to make sure the consistency is right. I am disappointed in tonight’s treat I got for myself and I really like the milkshakes here.

Burger was awesome, and the fries were super fresh! I ordered the little cheese burger as usual, and I usually never finish my fries bc it’s too much, but now that I’m 6 months pregnant, I wish I had ordered a regular size! However, it’s ok! Plenty of fries, and I finished them all! Everything was great! The place looks amazing, and the gentleman who helped us was so nice.

Five Guys is always awesome. Besides getting your body weight in fries, the burgers are fresh grilled and delicious. Also, every time I come here the staff is super friendly. The prices are getting higher but, sadly, that seems to be unavoidable these days. Boo.
