Second time eating at this location. The first time Eye ordered to go. Eye was very happy with the service and Eye meant to leave the girl at the bar a tip for making my long island ice tea perfect, but she had an emergency and left before Eye paid for my food. Looked for her today but she wasn’t there. Eye hope to catch her in the future. My wife and Eye ate there today and we both enjoyed our food. We also brought home an extra dinner for tomorrow. Thank You Andrea for great service.

This being our first time to TXRH, we really had a great lunch and the best experience. Since it was the weekend, the place was packed and had a 30 min wait. So plan ahead and join the waitlist prior to your checkin. The food was amazing. We tried the New York strip and filet medallions. I must say that I loved the medallions best as it includes the mushroom sauce and seasoned rice with two extra sides to choose. Also tried the mashed potatoes with gravy and Texas red chili as sides, both were amazing. The service was great and polite. Overall had a great experience. Would recommend for those who like to have a casual meal with pretty good steak options.

Top notch experience at their new location. It was Friday at 5:30 PM and it was completely packed! They seem to have more parking than the old place, but there’s nowhere to put my truck with an attached trailer.

We decided to go to the new Texas Roadhouse tonight and Im glad we did. I haven’t had them in quite a while so why not. We ordered on the app which was very easy and checkout was easy as well. We both ordered the sirloin with baked potatoes and a salad. The salad was a good size and I really like their ranch dressing. The baked potatoes were nice and fluffy and a good size, we could have used a bit more butter and sour cream but oh well. The only thing I have to complain about is the cook on the steaks. My husbands was supposed to be medium well and so was mine and both were definitely well done, yep no pink in the middle. The rolls were as good as I remembered and of course the cinnamon butter was good too.
All in all it was good and I guess we will go back but only for to go because even at 9pm the place was completely packed.

Good vibes but hostesses were terrible. Registered for the online wait list and then they never even called our name until I asked. She claimed they sent a text over 20 minutes ago but we had just checked in like 10 min prior.
Waitress was Catie and she was OK but food did come out room temp, so not sure if she couldn’t manage all of her tables and our food was just left out to cool instead of coming out hot. 3 of us got burgers, prime rib, and sirloin steak were warmer than our burgers. Had to ask for our refills of sweet tea, water, and bread.
Peanuts aren’t given automatically anymore either. Had to ask for some and was given 2 bags.

I recently visited the Texas Roadhouse in Hiram, Georgia, twice within a single week, and the experiences couldn’t have been more different. My first visit on February 7th was for a Chicken Critters Family Meal with an extra side of broccoli and a gallon of sweet tea, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. The situation was disappointing enough that I reached out to corporate, and they provided an incentive for me to give the location a second chance. While the parking lot was extremely crowded on both occasions, the building and grounds remained clean, and I was greeted immediately at the ToGo window both times.
When I returned on February 12th, the experience was a total turnaround. I ordered two Chicken Critter plates with sides and an appetizer of fried pickles, and this time, the food was excellent. Everything arrived hot and fresh, and the rolls were exactly what you’d expect from Texas Roadhouse—absolutely perfect. Much of the credit for this smooth experience goes to Amanda at the ToGo window, who was incredibly friendly and professional, making the pickup process seamless despite the busy typical restaurant ambiance.
At an average cost of about $15 per person, the value is solid, but my overall impression is still slightly colored by local management’s initial reaction to my feedback. After my first visit, I posted a review on Google which I eventually removed, but I found the “Owner’s” response to be dismissive and nonchalant. It was a gratuitous interaction, but the quality of the food and the service from the frontline staff during my second visit was enough to win me back. Because they proved they can get it right, I do plan on returning to this location.

The food never impresses. Green beans are always over seasoned with bacon, I don’t like their croutons they taste funny, plain and super crunchy steamed veggies (tastes barely steamed). If you are salt and seasoning dieting, it’s perfect. I really don’t get the hype here and why it’s always packed. I can the rolls and butter to go for a couple bucks and enjoy my meal at home.

Texas Road House never disappoints. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The service was top notch. We went on Valentines Day and even with the huge crowd the food came out quickly. I definitely recommend TRH if you want an excellent steak. On another note. The last time I had food from there I had the “Roadkill” hamburger steak and it was excellent. Probably the best hamburger steak I have ever had.

Went on a Saturday night alone and I was really disappointed. First time there in a year and at the new location. It was super chaotic and the floor was dirty. I ordered a drink from the bar and it didn’t come out until after I had almost finished my entre. The food was great, can’t complain about the kitchen at all. Between the bar and the staff barely checking on me I had a very disappointing night and wanted to leave immediately. Will not be returning and they skimping on the cinnamon butter cups!
