I went into this chipotle today for my usual 2 chicken tacos with a side of sour cream and green salsa. I’m over there prob 3 times a week as it’s in my work plaza. The rude older lady working the register was already having issues I saw with another customer needing a refund when I came int restaurant and her telling her she had to come back when a manager was on. I get up to check out and I said I have a free quac and would like to buy chips. She kept charging me for everything an said chips couldn’t be sold separately and I had to pay for my side of green salsa in which I was getting for my tacos just didn’t want it poured on my tacos. She rang up my meal prob 4 times started yelling at me telling me I’m wrong when I was wasn’t. I should have been charged for 2 tacos and a bag of chips but she kept telling me 11.15 and that wasn’t right. I had a free quac on my app that was still good. I left with my 2 gross tacos with no sides no chips bc the lady was so rude. Remind you I’m a regular customer there and I never have an issue checking out when the younger kids are there. I’m completely turned off from that place and their treatment now. The gentlemen who was making my food was wonderful however the lady who was giving everyone it seemed a hard time made my visit very untasteful.

This review is specifically to give the young man, Ace, kudos. I was in your restaurant the other day and Ace was at the beginning of the service line serving the rice. There were many customers in the restaurant that day, almost out the door. Ace did not waiver and his attitude did not break. He responded to everyone the same pleasant way. Having spent time in Ace’s shoes, I know this isn’t easy. I was impressed with Ace’s character and attitude. I hope he receives recognition from the manager for his awesome performance.

Came in the day after Christmas for a pick up order, and our order was fresh, correct, and waiting for us right after it was ordered. The nice young man behind the counter checked our order before giving it to me and made sure to add my Coke, which is easy to forget. Thank you for being so helpful and efficient! I appreciate it!

Chipotle used to be my favorite fast food place due to the comparatively wholesome food. I was going to another location frequently, but staffing turnover resulted in some less than desirable experiences. This location was decent when I visited. Rather than the usual two or three on the serving line, there were five. Maybe they were training that day. In any case, that resulted in a quick in and out. There were no issues with portion sizes or being out of ingredients at this store.

first of all, I’m not one to leave bad reviews, and I work at a chipotle. this one is absolutely disgusting with the worst food and service i have ever had. i was the only customer but i have genuinely never been treated like that by an employee – extremely terse and smug. more importantly, have they ever heard of food safety?! there was sour cream in the salsa, corn spilling over into the sour cream, cheese in the lettuce, beans in the rice, and the employee was dripping salsa onto the meat with his serving spoon. the cashier was kind! overall though, it was disgusting.

Arrived around lunchtime, no line, plenty of food so we weren’t kept waiting on more. Friendly staff and they did NOT skimp on the meat like most places. Also gave me a ton of cheese which was awesome. Clean tables, the root beer was not great but the Pibb was good. Will definitely be back.
