The young woman working the drive thru deserves to be fired. I’ve worked stressful fast food jobs before, I get it, but I have never seen such fury evoking incompetence before. But when you have me and 6 other cars LITERALLY FILLING UP THE PARKING LOT, and waiting over 25 minutes for food, you’ve tried my patience. If we ever make the mistake of wanting Carl’s Jr. again we’ll be going to the location on Ann or Craig until you learn how to hire Competent Employees.

I’m worried their cashier stole my debit card info. I went to this location at around 10:30 at night on 10/18/25 and the drive through window cashier demanded that I back my car up behind the drive through window without any explanation after I gave her my debit card. Absolutely disgusting, $38 for 2 breakfast combos, French toast sticks and a breakfast burrito and received moldy biscuits. When attempting to contact the restaurant for resolution, they refused to answer their phone. I will be charging back the order. Do not visit this establishment.

I’ve only ever been through the drive thru a few times. They always get my order right. I already know they’re not incredibly fast so I don’t expect them to be. I tried their beyond famous star burger (plant only based burger) and it was pretty darn good. I’m not a vegetarian but after trying the beyond meat I’m sold! It’s an amazing alternative to hamburger. The burger was made a little messy but it was still delicious and very satisfying. A single patty is PLENTY. I also ordered jalapeño poppers, whoa buddy they were waaaaaayy spicy, watch out! Still I don’t have any real complaints. Keep up the good work!

I paid at window and then sat there for 23 mins for a cheeseburger. No other customers there . I knocked on window because I had to get my kid from school. Told her this she said hold on, came back 5 mins later handed me the back apprehensively like she was scared . Opened burger for my kid snd there was slime on it like spit so wet they top just fell apart . Flipping nasty
