Have been here often, but recently (last 6 months) this location has gone severely downhill. If you have the ability, go to the Speedway location. The roast beef was undercooked and chicken was rubbery. I hope Health Inspectors provide them with guidance to get their stuff together.

Probably the worst service I have ever had at an arby’s. There were a lot of kids in there that didn’t know what they were doing. One girl yelled out, she was so confused. One told me that they didn’t sell zero sugar drinks then figured out it was labeled light. Paid an extra $1.70 for bacon barely none on the sandwich. Drove off all for them to have given my son a roast beef sandwich instead of a chicken tender sandwich. Went back and that took 20 minutes. Either get the kids better training or get them out of there. Smh!

Oh my God for a place so comfortable with serving cold, unpalatable roast beef how in the world do you guys have 3.9 Stars?! Fries tasted fake. Service was friendly but disingenuous. Employees openly smoke.

The worst arbys in indiana by far. This place needs to be inspected or just out right closed down. Do not order food from this place. The roast beef on the sandwich was old, the buns were stale, and of course the fries were old. The only item that was decent was the jalapeño poppers. This is repetitive from this location. It was not just one time, which i could understand because mistakes happen. We need to get rid of this trash in indiana.

Steak bites are an awful excuse for steak and they bring shame to the real thing. Ive literally had better beef jerky. I gave this place a 2nd chance after getting rid of the chicken nuggets and i regret it. Nothing against this 1 location, Arbys as a whole is just going downhill

Usually have a good experience here. Tonight not so much. Ordered 4 meals, the mellow yellow was all carbonation and no flavor. My husband’s sandwich the paper was melted to the cheese. Also within hours of eating the meal I am not feeling well and have been sick. This never happens from here. I hope it never happens again.

Would put zero stars but that isn’t an option. Went in to order and no one came to the front, tried to talk loudly so someone would hear us and even said “hello” multiple times. Made eye contact with one employee who proceeded to walk behind the back and go “I’m not doing front end, not it” and heard the other employees argue on who was willing to do it. We ended up leaving because it was extremely disrespectful.

Ordered a #15 through the drive thru and my sandwich was made wrong not once but 3 TIMES! I went inside the last time the item was made and explained exactly what I wanted on the sandwich to the team lead/manager as well as the young adult making the sandwich and still received the wrong thing. This was a horrible and unnecessary experience especially after getting such a simple order wrong multiple times.

I ordered on line and there is not a button to add lettuce,So when I went in to tell them about my order. They charged me for a cup of cheese which i did not receive. Destiny was the manager, and the worker was following directions.

Good service, nice dining room. I like all the windows to look out. I had a turkey gyro & the meat was not hot enough. But it tasted good.
