Dave & Buster’s in Cary is a fantastic spot to spend a fun afternoon, especially with kids. The arcade floor has a great variety of games, from classic favorites to newer interactive ones, and my little one had an absolute blast trying out different machines and racking up tickets. There’s something for every interest and age, which keeps the excitement going the whole time.

The location is very convenient and centrally situated in Cary, with plenty of parking available, making it easy to pop in without worrying about logistics. The space itself is lively and well laid out, so it never feels cramped even when there’s a good crowd.

Overall, it’s a great place to relax, let the kids have fun, and spend a few enjoyable hours together. Definitely a solid choice for a family outing or a casual afternoon of arcade games.

I went to Dave & Buster’s today — my second time visiting. I stopped by mainly to have some wings. The place was actually pretty empty, which was nice because it wasn’t noisy or crowded.
We ordered 16 wings, but they didn’t have mild buffalo sauce available, so we went with garlic parmesan and honey BBQ instead. Our server was really nice and provided great service — very friendly and attentive.
The food, however, was just okay. The wings didn’t have much sauce on them, and the fries were fine but nothing special. For the price, I feel like I could get a similar or even better meal at other restaurants. On the bright side, parking was easy. there’s a large parking lot with plenty of space.
Overall, it was an average experience — good service, okay food, and convenient parking.

This place doesn’t have its spark on some days due to the lack of people, which can be good if you prefer silent places. And if its too quiet, then the sounds of all the games on the arcade section can give you some company with the many TVs here and make you watch something. There’s a variety of games, foods, and drinks. Is likely you’ll find the perfect meal, drink, and game for you here. There’s a bar for the grown ups, and an arcade for the kids so they don’t get bored, but other ages can be here too! Come by if you want to have a meal with games and TVs being in a single place. Both for single people, couples, group of friends, and family!

I don’t know where to begin as I don’t want to be negative but there are negatives.
Obviously, the place is gonna be loud and busy. Luckily, we got there at a decent time and there was no wait to be seated. The service, at no fault of our server, SUCKED. She was tremendously busy, pulled in every direction and took forever to get food ordered and our check to pay and return my change. Again, no fault of hers, more management and the need for additional staff to alleviate stress off the workers. However, that said, she was very friendly and attentive as she could be.
The food was delicious and hot, cooked well and came out fairly quickly.
Atmosphere? Just loud, very loud, a bit more than I like when eating but I was out voted and that was where everyone wanted to go. You know, lots of kids and games equals lots of noise, plus people have to speak loud to be heard.

So really nothing “bad” to say that would have me not wanting to ever go back there or any D&B, it just looks to be horrible with staffing which trickles down to the customers.

Krystal was our server was super friendly and our food came out timely and fresh! She was accommodating to my specific wants for my food. My husband and I travel all over the country and always make D&B one of our stops! It was “our place” when we went from friends to dating to married!!! Very nice D&B a little smaller then most we have been to but it was clean and all games in working order (which never happens) kudos to you!! The attendant on the floor was quick to help when a card got stuck in one of the games!! Great staff all around! We are here for 6 months so we will be back!!!

The building is nice, you can tell a lot of money went to building it. The staff was great, and the environment as well…the food once again not good. We almost always eat across the street right after (Mezcalito), although it would be nice to just do it here.

If they just put a little effort on making the nachos, wings, burgers and bar food decent they would be packed everyday. Other than that, fun place.

We have been to several arcades in the triangle area. Dave and Buster’s is definitely one of the most fun, tons of games to play, food doesn’t give the place a smell, clean and well maintained, friendly and helpful staff and it really is for all ages – I saw kids and parents playing together everywhere I looked. Note: If you get the all access pass (unlimited) please note that you cannot play the pink lit games, only the blue and green. DDR is one of the pink games so if you came to dance then don’t get that pass. There are PLENTY of other games to play though….most aren’t pink. Also, the game play cards have a 1,500 ticket ceiling or cap on them. Many prizes cost over that amount, so be prepared to buy multiple cards if you want to get a large prize or pool your earnings with other members of your crew! All access pass gives you 90 minutes of play time for any game (excluding pink lit games). Enjoy! This place is great if you have some extra cash to burn!

This was my family’s first time at a Dave & Buster’s and we were SO pleasantly surprised! I have been wanting to visit one for years and this location did not disappoint! They even have the Human Claw Machine! We went on Wednesday night with half price games. We spent $30 and 3 of us played for 2+ hours AND still have credits left to come back this week before we leave the area. I didn’t notice any out of order machines and it was not super crowded. We ordered two cocktails and an Arnold Palmer from Grace and did not have to wait long to receive them. I would absolutely recommend this location based on my experience.

This place has tanked over the last year.

We didn’t get the correct orders, and after asking for the ranch and blue cheese we originally ordered, I watched our waitress sit on her phone for about 15 minutes instead of helping us. Maybe three other tables at the time at most.

The staff overall felt lazy, distracted, and not caring — like soulless ghosts. Easily some of the worst service I’ve had in a long time.

The one bright spot was the cook. I asked him to redo a chicken order, and he did it with a smile, no questions asked, and even brought it out himself. He also cleared plates and brought our to‑go boxes. That guy is the only good employee they seem to have.

The rest of the staff acted like grumpy sloths huddled together to complain about life instead of doing their jobs.

The way they walked and the look on thier faces showed how they hated their job.

Visited 2/13 from 3:30 to 5:00.

It was our first time at Dave & Buster’s.. We went on black Friday as they had unlimited games for $10 an hour.

It was awesome … seeing this mini arcade games..

Kids were excited and we extended our one hour to two hours .. and still kids wanted to stay there..

The virtual reality games are just awesome … it’s not only for kids even adults will enjoy so much…

The food was good too, but the only thing was it was so crowded that was taking time for the service to come and help …

They had huge screens and were casting sports so that’s another plus..

It’s a place a place to definitely to visit again ..
