Pretty nice area. Everything’s remodeled and looks clean. I felt welcomed and appreciated by the employees. They were pretty sweet and fast. I barely had to wait 5 minutes. Everything was in the bag, the chicken sandwiches were amazing! The chicken patties were nice, big, and made perfect. Also the cheese fry’s were just right.

This is excluding a nice tall young man with brown hair who seems like a manager, he is always nice and funny. The rest of the staff I have interacted with the last dozen times I have been to this location has been rude and not very good at getting my order right. Missing frostys, no spoons, missing sauces, I’m the type to excuse these things if the staff is nice but I’m getting ready to go to another city just to get good service and my food proper.

They let you wait at the drive-through for breakfast and just let me sit there instead of telling me they weren’t open. As I drove by, I could see them looking at me. I get that stuff happens, but just say something; don’t let me just sit there. That’s rude.

If there was a 0 star option, i would’ve selected that. 13 dollars for an Asiago chicken club combo, only to be given the bare minimum of what could be considered a “chicken sandwich”. Old, tough, flavorless, dry and inedible only begin to describe the nightmare that was my dinner. Half consumed out of desperation for sustenance, it was thrown into the trash. The shining grace of my meal, the lemonade, quenched my thirst after attempting to consume the leathery “chicken patty” i was served. Haven’t eaten here in 6 months, and don’t plan to ever again!

Do yourself a favor and go to the Sheffield Wendy’s, they’re much more accommodating and fast, this location makes you do everything through the app and if you don’t have the app, you don’t have access to it because according to them, they don’t have a way to ring it up, yet in the Sheffield one they do. The burger we did get was cold and old lettuce

I tried the wendy’s s’awesome sauce burger and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The sauce was tangy and sweet without overpowering the burger. The ingredients on the burger looked and tasted fresh and overall it was a great meal at a great price point. The junior bacon cheeseburger was great as well.

I waited for nearly 20 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. The workers were rude. My food was shitty. I paid over $20 for only two chicken sandwiches and two drinks. I don’t know why people even go to Wendy’s anymore. There isn’t a single good location that I’ve been to in over ten years. They are more expensive than McDonald’s and Burger King. They don’t deserve any business. We work hard for our money. It shouldn’t be wasted on subpar food and service. We also shouldn’t have to waste our time waiting for food. Do these places even remember that they are fast food restaurants? I won’t be back. Now I remember why I never go to Wendy’s anymore. Save yourself the trouble and just go to a cheaper establishment.

A regular disappointment. I dropped my rating from 5 stars to 2 just now. Almost only gave it a 1.
Huge drop in service lately. I have gotten what I have to assume is someone else’s order more than once, now. The first time, I ordered one of the new BBQ chicken sandwiches. The menu picture showed crunchy onion rings, bbq sauce, pickles, mayo, cheese… a sumptuous image. I got home, opened it up to find a sad, sad chicken patty with a thin slop of BBQ sauce, a tomato, and lettuce. Almost none of those belonged there. I took it back and demanded fresh fries and the right sandwich. They let me leave with both. Perturbed, but satisfied.
Another time, I was running late to an appointment and hadn’t eaten all day. I ordered, drove to the lot of my appointment, and went to satisfy my hunger… and found somebody else’s meal in there. It had an extra sandwich in there and neither were the meat I ordered. I ate it anyway and rushed into my appointment. I didn’t even bother reporting it coz I’m really starting to feel like this Wendy’s doesn’t care.
Today, I went for breakfast at 10:40a. It ended at 10:30a. Ordered a Frosty cookie sundae. Went to open it and eat it in my car… and it was a dripping and pouring and melty sticky mess threatening my upholstery. Went to DQ and ate 3 bites of it on their patio and threw it out. It was grainy and gross.
I’m sick of coming here and being disappointed.
