OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN TOWN. The most delicious, fresh, and authentic hot pot you can ever get. We’ve been coming here on a monthly basis for years, and we take our family members here every time they are in town. The food is exceptional, and you know what is even better? Mrs. Alina. Everyone who knows Alina absolutely loves her. She gives her 100% every time we see her, and she is the backbone of our favorite restaurant. Alina is so kind, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and hospitable. We just love her. This place was great before all the changes, but you could really tell a difference in quality, cleanliness, and staffing to what it is now. Amazing. We are so grateful we live close by.

Hands down the best hot pot we’ve ever had. Food is 10/10, portions are huge, wild value for all you can eat. For $31.99 I had an incredible variety of meat, seafood, vegetables, and more.
The hand pulled noodles are a must-try, as are the dumplings and fried mini buns. We are already planning our next visit!

I took my friend to Chuan Yu Hot Pot for her birthday I can’t say enough good things about Chuan Yu Hot Pot in Suwanee—it’s hands down my favorite hot pot spot and easily the best in the entire state! From the moment you walk in, the cozy, authentic atmosphere transports you straight to Chongqing or Sichuan, with that perfect blend of warmth and excitement.
The broths are incredible—the spicy Sichuan one has that authentic numbing heat that’s bold and addictive (but they have milder options too), and the bone broth is rich and flavorful without being overwhelming. The all-you-can-eat selection is generous and super fresh: tender beef brisket, juicy pork belly, handmade shrimp paste, meatballs, and endless veggies, noodles, and seafood. Everything cooks perfectly in the individual or split pots.
But the real star is the self-serve sauce bar—endless combinations to customize your perfect dip! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always quick with refills and happy to give recommendations, especially for first-timers.
It’s fun and just an all-around delightful experience. This was my first visit but I will be back. If you love hot pot, this is a must-try—you won’t find better anywhere else!

Most authentic chongqing hot pot I ever had beyond China!! The owner’s from Chongqing. This totally have called back my memory of eating a hot pot in Chongqing. PLEASE don’t miss the sweet brown sugar rice cake, again top tier in the category. The owners are also so nice ❤️❤️

We had the best hot pot dinner last night (Sunday 11/09/25) at Chuan Yu! My husband got the traditional Spicy broth (Level 2) and I got the Spicy Sour broth. Both were so flavorful and delicious! My favorite was the freshly made shrimp paste that were cooked in the pot. My husband loves the DIY sauce station and the freshly fried sesame balls with red bean paste filling. On top of all the delicious food, we were greeted by friendly customer service and cooks to make sure we had the best experience. I highly recommend their hot pots for a delicious warm and nourishing meal!

We had a wonderful lunch at here today. Every ingredient was fresh, the soup bases were tasty and most importantly you won’t left with a thirsty mouth. Sauce bar was clean and has plenty of choices. The owners are so kind, they try to give you the best stuff they have, and serve in the most heartwarming way which makes me miss my parents so much:)

I came here with my family and friends today and was impressed. The spicy Sichuan hot pot was incredibly authentic — rich and flavorful with just the right kick. We also tried the tomato broth, which was perfectly sweet and sour. My kid loved it! All of the ingredients were fresh, too. Honestly, this is the most authentic Sichuan hot pot I’ve had in Atlanta. I highly recommend it! We’ll definitely be coming back often.
