Disgusting excuse for a Dunkin franchise horribly managed unprepared to safely serve food and beverage. Received rotten chunky creamer 3 times in the last week. Reached out to management twice they said it was fixed and sent me a gift card that they can stick you know where. And this morning still got chunky rotten creamer sour tasting coffee with a hint of cleaning products…. I’m calling the health department tomorrow. Do not eat or drink anything from this place I can tell you you WILL get sick. And WHEN their computer works for debit cards they have the audacity to ask you for a tip before they hand you your rotten coffee.. unbelievable that corporate Dunkin allows these individuals to Ruin their good name in this growing area.

I come to this location every once in awhile to buy iced coffees for my employees. Every time I come I get nothing but warm smiles and an awesome good morning greeting I came in this morning and they actually knew my order. Prepared it quickly and got me taken care of so I can take care of my employees. It is a rarity these days to have an establishment that gives this type of experience. I am happy to see that this location cherishes concept of Southern hospitality. Always a great experience every time I go. Thank you very much. Very tip influenced when it comes to service. I asked for an espresso and they gave me a latte, didn’t even fill it up all the way, a quarter full. I was running a bit behind so I couldn’t go in and fix it then. That was my first experience at this location, and i hope that lady at the drive thru gets thru whatever she’s going thru okay

The lady in here today doesn’t know how to mix the drinks properly. It tasted like watered-down milk with color. The syrup was stuck to the side and bottom of the cup. She got upset when the guy asked what was wrong with it. First off, stop adding extra milk to the cup!

I frequent this store and I’ve never had a bad experience. The workers are always friendly even when it is slammed. Today in particular I arrived to the store around 6:30AM with a large order of donuts, bagels, and a box of Joe. The two employees were so kind and helpful. They didn’t skip a beat. They were getting my order ready while still operating the drive thru, etc. I think it’s important to recognize their hard work, helpfulness, and friendliness especially considering it’s 6:30 AM and 100 degrees outside.

Want a fast service? Order at drive thru window and come eat inside, you’ll save at least 15 minutes. At time of visit nobody eating at dining room took 20 minutes to get served after 5 minutes waiting to just order food , workers came out with the excuse: “we were busy at drive thru”; really, so my money is not as good as the people ordering at drive thru?
