I ordered a small Strawberry Cheesecake blizzard and it was AMAZING. I had Cheesecake bites for every single bite I took. I don’t know who made it since my husband picked it up but they made it quickly and my cup was not messy. I truly appreciate the dedication! 10/10 would recommend

There is a huge communication problem with this Dairy Queen. My aunt ordered an order of onion rings and then decided she wanted the chicken strip meal with onion rings instead of fries. We asked to delete the single order of onion rings. The employee repeated the order to us and it was not correct. She had an additional order of onion rings still on the order. I asked again to remove the single onion ring order and just requested that the chicken strip meal come with onion rings. She then gave me a total and asked us to pull around. We ended up with the chicken strip with onion rings that we asked for and 3 additional orders of onion rings (which we paid for). We were so frustrated with the whole experience that we decided to count our losses and move on. Your communication skills were terrible and service terrible.

Excellent service and food. Chicken strip basket was hot and fresh. They gave me an extra chicken strip too
Blizzard was mixed very well and had a perfect consistency.
The staff were really nice and friendly.
We came through ≈ 9:30 and still got great service and food. Hardly any wait. Very speedy service.

We were never greeted either as we came in the door or as we stepped up to order. She merely looked at us and waited for us to tell her what we wanted.
The floor throughout the dining area, hallway to the restrooms and inside the restroom was sticky to the point we had to walk differently to pull our shoes off the floor.
The smell of the restroom was putrid. I am aware of normal bathroom smells. This was not it……..fecal, urine, and body odor mixed fairly well describes it.
We were the only customers inside and only 3 cars in the drive-through. Still, it took more than 20 minutes for us to get our order.
While getting our drinks, the drink dispenser kept malfunctioning.
I will say that the trash cans were not running over with refuse and the table were not visibly soiled.
Our meals did taste as expected from a chain fast food establishment.
I was extremely glad that I did not have to spend more than a dollar and some change on our meal as I was given gift cards at Christmas. I will be making a point of telling people not to get me gift card from Dairy Queen in the future.

Chicken and gravy is always spot on.
The fries can be undercooked (soggy and not crispy) at times. And the toast sometimes seems stale.
Always seems to hit the spot though.

Everytime I come here, I ALWAYS have to repeat my order because there are teenagers playing in the background and nobody can seem to hear. Either that or they forget something on my order. The only reason that I gave 2 stars is because the food is actually good. The service is just horrible.
Edit to previous review: I don’t know who the young lady is that was at the drive thru window, when I came today between 12:50pm-1ish, but she is AWESOME! She was very nice and polite & had my food hot and ready as I pulled up to the window!

The Dairy Queen in Vidalia is very clean on inside . And they was very fast with getting my order out to me.
