I used to come to this location back when they had decent hardworking employees. Now this place is a dump. I can never get the right coffee I order and it’s due to the lack of incompetence. Even the store owner and manager don’t have the decency to perform the simple task of making a coffee. So unless you want to be drinking nice hot messy cup of crap this is the perfect place for you.

I usually get the same 3 drinks for my family as a little treat on the weekend. It’s 50/50 if they make the drink right. And even on the simplest iced drinks, if you buy a medium you really only get a small with the insane amount of ice in the cup.
I usually go early in the morning and they are already out of 1/2 their donuts. The drive through is backed up to the parking lot and you can spend 10-15 min waiting AT THE WINDOW. I love dunkin but this location really needs some work. The staff is nice but the service is rapidly going downhill.

This restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Parking was good. The shop wasn’t busy. It was expensive for a dozen donuts. With tradition at ANY donut shop they would give a “bakers dozen.” The donuts were dry and the filings were as well. We hope they improve the quality of their donuts.

This review is mostly based on the parking lot. They have the worst parking lot I have ever seen in my life. There is not room for two cars to pass whenever the drive-through line gets long so the people trying to get out of the spots have to try to squeeze their way out and it’s very dangerous for literally everyone. They’re lucky no one hit my car trying to get out of the parking lot especially cause some of the people trying to get out of the lot were being verbally aggressive to the cars in line trying to get us to pull up to the other cars in line way too close. The drive-through line also took 20 minutes. The employee was nice but they were out of the drink I wanted and one of the donuts I wanted even though it was only 9:30.

Worst parking lot I have ever seen for a dunkin. Go to one of the nearby locations. If you’re asked to pull around you have to drive over the sidewalk or turn onto the one way street and go all the way back around. Just horribly thought out

Shout out to Jordan for making a bad day, better. Their level of service on my most recent visit was excellent.
I’ve not had too many issues at this store food wise. Sometimes you get a dry donut or a missing hash brown, so could that be better, yes. But honestly these are things I’ve experienced at most Dunkin’s across the country. 4 out of 5 times my order is right and delish at this store. Generally quick service.

A breakfast sandwich should have its contents spilling out the side other wise you don’t have a sandwich you just dressed a bagle.

Love going to this location. The drive thru line is really fast and the guy that usually works the window is super nice and very friendly. They have great choices of hot and cold lattes and other teas. Really tasty savory breakfast choices, and donuts…duh
