Food was amazing, I had the Lamb shank which was large and very tasty and well presented and pretty to look at. Pompoms and extras very well presented and again was a large amount. Service very good all staff were very attentive and polite. Very reasonably priced and all food was nicely presented. Garlic naan was best I have tasted crispy not soggy a definate must go to place

During the last years, I haven’t been often in Lichfield. Some weeks ago I received a call from a friend who I hadn’t met for a long time. We decided to meet in Lichfield. I invited him to Lal Bagh. It was last Tuesday. Very quiet, we were the first customers.
Some of the staff recognised me, the owner even came to greet me…
What an enjoyable evening. The food was excellent, the service was excellent…
My friend said: next time I drive close to Lichfield, I know where I’ll stop for lunch.

Spent evening in Lichfield. Went to Lalbagh and had an incredible experience. Staff very polite and attentive, food was excellent. The hot plate trolley before food being placed on your table was a great touch. The ambience was really good. I am 62 years old and eaten at many indian restaurants. This i believe is the best i have been to. Cannot fault any aspect of my visit. Would certainly recommend this restaurant.

Asked if I could pay with Scottish notes to which they agreed no problem at all.
Shortly after when leaving I was stopped and they told me to pay by card.
Absolutely shocking. If any of you travel to Scotland don’t bring your English money up there which gets accepted all the time.

amazing food, extremely authentic and a large range of food on the menu, I loved the korma and onion bhaji, the staff were lovely as well. Although the place was packed and somewhat hard to move around, the service didn’t suffer at all, our food came out so quickly and we couldn’t get enough of it .

I’ve used Lal Bagh means white tiger by the way, for 4 years now. They deliver to me in Handsacre, sometimes i collect. The food is absolutely gorgeous love my Lamb Rogan Josh vindaloo hot, lots of big chunks of lamb amazing. Very hot n spicy. Keema pilau rice is the best. There’s alot of flavours going on at lal bagh. They give plentiful and quality this is why i return everytime. Even my work friends have switched to lal bagh. Love you guys keep up the good work.
