Opened the napkins for utensils and they were DIRTY!!! Called the manager over & we got a “OH NO” from him He brought us 2 “clean” sets and said thank you for your patience! Asked for no olives or pepperoncini in the salad & it still had. Both pasta dishes barely had any sauce. Only great thing we had at this restaurant was our waitress, she was nice, attentive & so apologetic about everything. Great reminder why I stopped eating here a long time ago.

Took my boys for their first Olive Garden experience and they didn’t disappoint! Whenever I ask for my steak to be medium rare it is not often I get it cooked perfectly, Olive Garden nailed it! The spinach artichoke dip was creamy and amazing! The breadsticks my boys absolutely loved! Everyone went home so full and with plenty of leftovers. The servers were polite and kind. Our drinks stayed filled and our food came out quickly!

The location is great. The service was outstanding our waiter was attentive and checked on us throughout the meal. The food was a huge let down. Starting off with the salad it was soggy with big pieces of lettuce ( major lettuce down) The bread sticks were barley browned I asked for more cooked bread but was told that’s how it’s cooked I ordered the shrimp scampi the taste was off putting tasted like it was spoiled.
Total let down. The bathroom older but the lightening was so dull and the floors were glitchy with grim around the baseboards. They still have sinks that you have to touch( get with the program and change the sinks to no touch. That should be standard in 2025. I don’t ever have to go back to Olive Garden.

Our server Shane was outstanding! He checked on us throughout our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. We had our dog in the car and asked for a cup of water, not only did he bring us a large cup but also a bowl which was so thoughtful!!! The food was fresh and delicious.

Was very direct with my waitress to tell the kitchen to bring my food staggered for my appetizer, so I can enjoy it and my dinner and accordance afterward. Whether it was my server or the kitchen, it was neglected and came altogether. In addition, I ordered meat sauce for an entree.And I only received marinera. Even when I approached the waitress about this issue, she had no resolution and I even told her it’s bugging me quite a bit.And nothing was offered not even an opportunity to speak with the manager. Honestly i’m a little disappointed.

The service was great, and the food was good. I had the endless soup and the ravioli carbonara. The soup was creamy and rich, with chicken, mini dough ball dumplings, carrots, and spinach. Not to mention, the restaurant was clean and well kept. Now, the ravioli carbonara is cheesy and fulfilling. Lastly, I had a traditional Margarita. I enjoyed the food and service.

So, we ate at this particular location many years ago and the food (what we finally did get) was just awful. In that instance we waited for an hour and fifteen minutes for them to work up the courage to tell us they were out of the special, and the waitress’s attitude rivaled Attila the Hun.
Fast forward to last Saturday night. There was a special we wanted to try, so we decided it had been a long time since that bad experience, so we would try this location again. Big mistake!! We walked in, lobby was packed, no hostess in sight. She finally came strolling out from wherever?? Told us it would be a half hour wait. Usually no problem, we don’t mind waiting, but looking around a half empty restaurant…a half hour? Obviously they had a problem scheduling, as this was a Saturday night. We left and ate somewhere else. This was payday weekend in a military town, they should have been better prepared.
By the way, we went to our favorite location in Myrtle Beach, and got what we wanted and it was awesome!! Beware of this place!! Edited to add that it was 19:00, or 7:00 in civilian terms

Waited 30 mins for some excuse for calamari, waitress had no service skills , this is why people don’t enjoy chain restaurants anymore , there is no quality standards.

I had ordered soup instead of salad, but I got salad with my order and it was not good, it was the little white hard pieces not as much green good lettuce. It actually wilted before I got to eat it. I don’t know what Olive Garden did to the breadsticks but they’re not good anymore. Ever since the covid pandemic they have not tasted good

Basic olive garden so I won’t bite you with the deets… New bread sticks are softer and good if you prefer soft. These are connected together when booked so middle sides do not have a crust. Delicious with or without salt. I do wish people were not in such a hurry to eat and that they were not in a hurry to clear tables. There is no doubt that those are the two drivers that have turned this from a couple of courses to relax to, into a single course with your entree cooling while you eat soup or salad or in the case of my last trip there eating the entree while waiting on the salad. Wait staff are above and beyond.
