From the first bite of your burger to your last french fry, quality is the most important ingredient at In-N-Out Burger. Since opening in 1948, we’ve been doing fresh the old-fashioned way. Our burgers are grilled to order made with juicy 100% beef patties and freshly baked buns. We only use crisp, fresh produce, our fries are hand-cut from whole potatoes, and our shakes are made from real ice cream.
Classic burger chain serving customizable burgers, hand-cut fries & shakes.

My go-to burger spot whenever I’m back in Mountain View. Thankfully, this location is right near my hotel and perfect after a long flight. The Double-Double Animal Style is always on point, consistently delicious, and exactly what I crave. It’s one of the things I truly miss about living in CA, and coming here always feels like a treat.
Extremely busy location with minimal parking.
This is WIN-WIN.
I don’t have to deal with pennies and they don’t have to stock them.
This is probably not news since its been over 5 years since I have eaten here.
Other countries do this, but they do it in the business favor not giving you the exact change due. As a consolation they offer you a piece of candy.
Food safety violation.
I was in the Drive-Thru .
I saw them hand the food to the car in front of me and have it handed back.
The customer in front of me had it in their car with their whole family before they handed it back to the employee in the Drive-Thru.
I saw them put it on the counter.
The employee then wanted to give me that food.
I called them out-
I had to advocate for fresh food and who knows if I got it or not.
I know for a fact if it wasn’t a rushed corporate money making business, The employees wouldn’t feel so pressured to move forward so fast.
I don’t blame the employee personally, I blame the atmosphere pushed upon them.
As someone with symptomatic celiac disease, I was glad to see that they are aware of gluten allergies and handle them carefully. You can inform the staff when ordering, and they’ll make note of the allergy on the receipt.
Here’s what we ordered:
• Double-Double, Protein Style (lettuce wrap instead of a bun) – 6.25
• Regular Fries – 2.45
• Animal Style Fries – 4.85
• 2 Medium Soft Drinks – 4.80 total
I had no symptoms afterwards. The fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer.
A great, affordable, and satisfying option for gluten-free fast food — especially if you’re a burger lover!
