I got 32 cinnamon bites instead of garlic parmesan. I called the store and no answer. I called the delivery driver and was told to call the manager. I called the store again and someone answered. After I told her what happened she said hold on and left me on hold for over 15 minutes until I hung up and called again. The phone rang and then hung up. I called again and got the busy tone. They left the phone off the hook to avoid the call and not hear it ring.

Trust the reviews. This place is horrendous. Order showed up an hour late, cold, missing items, and looking like it was made 3 days ago then tossed down the stairs. And for some reason they decided to toss the crumpled receipt inside the box.

I use to LOVE this location. The black crew there was amazing hands down. One of the best experiences. Fast forward to tonight, i placed my order via the app as i normally would. I noticed that the online tracker didn’t move for over 30 mins. Maybe an error on my part. I red load the app and it simply said ready. Meh not paying much attention to it. I go to pick up my order, two medium hand tossed extra robust sauce, extra cheese and extra pepperoni.. tonight that’s not what they gave me at all. The first two photos are from tonight. Im not sure why they are under new management but it needs to go back. I walk in and instead of my normal all black crew it’s an all Indian/asian crew. Cool nothing against them BUT BE AWARE your order will be skippy!. Something in my heart said look at that order and did. Compared to what i get normally HELL no! I showed the cashier what i normal get and asked him does this pizza(the one HE made tonight) looks like the others he said yes, the one tonight is extra cheese, pep and sauce… if i could lay hands i would! Wasted my time and patience. NEVER again. I’m done with yall no consistency no nothing, i only like this location because the past crew got it right! These new owners AND workers never again

Everytime I order from this store it’s a problem. Late Orders I was aked by the drive to come get my pizza. When I told him I had a bad leg. He was like ok I guess I bring it to you. Now I prder at 7:30 pm today and it said Delivered. I didn’t get my pizza. I want my money back, they don’t answer the phone. So I now have to take the bus to go get my Refind tomorrow.

Do NOT order from this place! I ordered my food at 8:30pm, the app said it was out for delivery at 9:17. Waited until 10:30. Called the store, but the phone doesn’t work. I drive over to the store to get some answers and the worker there says it’s the app’s fault and I’ll get my order in the next 10min. The order delivered at 11:53PM!!! INSANE! There was no seal on the pizza either!

Tonight, I placed an order for delivery, but it arrived two hours late. To make matters worse, the store’s phone system went unanswered for three hours. When I finally connected with someone, they hung up on me. I’ve spent over $1000 with Domino’s in the last three months, and I’m disgusted with how they treat their customers.

Food was ok, but handling it could be better. I watched cashier handle money then make a pizza without putting on gloves. If not for the heat of the oven killing the germs then there’s going to be extra toppings on it without asking for them. Dominoes computer system went down and caused a customer to leave because her order could not be delivered to the store. The person cooking and working the cash register did what she could with the system she had to work with. She was still very cordial even with the technological glitches that were out of her control.

I ordered a few weeks ago and was told by their delivery driver the missing items would be refunded. I was missing a salad and 2 liter diet soda, they were out. So they flat out stole my money. And the pizza wasn’t even warm when it arrived.

Ordered a large philly cheese steak pizza . It had maybe a few sprinlkes of steak and a few sprinkles of green peppers and onions on it. A tiny bit if the three items. Lots of cheeese though. I asked for a new one to be made to correct the problem and the manager said it was not a steak pizza but a cheese steak pizza. LOL either or it had almost nothing on it but cheese. He didn’t want to correct the problem so i got a refund. It.s like ordering a large meatball pizza and find out it only has 1 tiny meat ball on it. LOL Crazy.
