This is one of my favorite places! The food tastes amazing and the ingredients are so healthy. There is such a community feel here as people come to eat after going to the gym or local police officers getting a healthy meal before a long shift. I feel so good after meals here and the prices are very reasonable.

It’s always refreshing to meet owners like Mr. Odidi with a passion for what they do! I came here yesterday for the first time and everything was a 10/10, service was great, food delicious and fresh. So I came back today, and luckily I met the owner who not only served me delicious food but took time to share his vision for this location! If you are a meal prep lover like me; you can agree that sometimes, you just want to rest but not compromise on your progress! This is the place to come to if you’re working out, but need a break from cooking. Portions are great, with reasonable prices. Overall, I’m so impressed with this place.

This is great lunch gem! They have everything for bowls (rice/beans/salad) from steak to tofu and all the ingredients are delicious super fresh! Employees anre super friendly and the interior is clean, well-appointed, and super welcoming! Speaking of welcoming, we met the owner and he took the time to chat with us and personally thank us for our patronage. And if you can’t make the Rosell Rd location, he’s got a location on Barrett Parkway as well! A+!

The staff are very welcoming, the owner is the nicest and most friendly man ever! The food are always freshly made, the portions are huge! Went here Monday oct 20th around 3pm, my bestfran and i decided to try it out. Food was not that good, upon entering we werent greeted, it was 2 hispanics ladies upfront whom both walked to the back while we were deciding to order. However an african american male whom noticed us waiting to order apologized and took our order, he was kind. The dining area was clean, bathroom was clean.

Absolute Torch. Was in Alanta for a conference and was looking for a nice place with vegan food. Saw this restaurant in passing and was best option. When I say food was the bomb, it was so good we went back 2 more times lol. We went there for lunch, food was fresh, we were able to create our own bowl. The atmosphere was great, wasn’t busy so was able to really enjoy our lunch, and the customer service was amazing. Location was clean. We were able to speak with the owner, very professional and kind. If you are looking for somewhere that has vegan food as well as other choice. I highly recommend Fresh One Kitchen.

I came in for a quick lunch meeting and left feeling like I just experienced a mini wellness retreat. The food was delicious, the staff greeted everyone with genuine smiles, and the atmosphere was calm yet inviting—with healthy lifestyle tips lining the walls.
I ordered the shrimp bowl loaded with yellow rice, cucumber mix, roasted veggies, chickpeas, and more—all for under $15! It was light enough to feel energized and fulfilling enough that I left with a happy belly and no leftovers. The hibiscus lemonade was the perfect fresh-tasting companion to my meal.
While this restaurant only has two locations north of Atlanta (and I don’t live close to either), I’m already planning my return. My business partners had enough food to take home for dinner, while I enjoyed every last bite right there. What was supposed to be a productive lunch turned into a business social thanks to the good food and even better energy.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for fresh, flavorful, and feel-good food that doesn’t break the bank.

I tried Fresh One Kitchen for the first time today and WOW — I’m blown away! I ordered the spicy chicken bowl with saffron rice, and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS — packed with flavor and freshness in every bite. This spot puts all the big chains to shame. I’ve seen people compare it to Cava, but let me tell you — Fresh One Kitchen is on another level! The ingredients taste fresher, the options are more exciting, and the overall flavor is unmatched.
The Fresh One sauce was the perfect finishing touch — it truly set the bowl off and had my taste buds dancing!
The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially since it was my first visit, and the restaurant was spotless. I could literally smell the delicious food from across the parking lot!
If you’re looking for a flavorful, high-quality meal with great service in a clean, welcoming environment — this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!
