Angeline and the rest of the staff were amazing. We are visiting out of town and they assisted with getting our orders fulfilled correctly although I ordered incorrectly. They were patient, understanding, and ensured we left satisfied. I appreciate the staff going above and beyond.
We had a mix up with the order( we ordered online but the order was at another location) but Angeline stepped in and corrected the issue for us. We were fortunate she was there and able to assist with our issue. My sincere appreciation to her for being an awesome person!

My experience with Antoinette was absolutely unacceptable. She has a terrible attitude and speaks to people in a very disrespectful way. This morning she yelled at me for no reason and was extremely unprofessional. No one should have to deal with that kind of behavior when simply trying to get help or communicate. Instead of being calm and respectful, she was rude, aggressive, and clearly doesn’t know how to treat people properly. Customer service and basic respect go a long way, and unfortunately Antoinette shows neither.

I visited the location on Ferderal Highway where I met a wonderful young lady Angieline. She was a delight very polite very friendly and took the time to talk to me which i can’t say for many other stores as it seems you are more of an inconvenience being there using the business. The cold brew frapp and hot chocolate she made was the best I’ve tasted and had the pleasure of drinking. Whenever you are in this area give it a try.i visited early morning and it was peaceful and amazing.

I’m done coming/ordering here. Bagels are almost always burnt, I ask for NO SLICED and they slice EVERY SINGLE ONE, I ordered 2 cream cheese, get 1. Doesn’t matter if I come in, I have to be on top of them like I own to place to get my bagel the right way and then they get an attitude for it, I’m sorry that I have to remind you to not ruin the product I’m paying for, hence why I order online cause I don’t want to deal with staff but they can’t be bothered to read my order correctly, I’m done with Einstein bagels good luck.

Great bagel! we stopped in to get a little bite to eat and the bagels themselves were pretty good, cheddar jalopeño was great. All of the employees were very friendly making it a comfortable spot.

Very disappointing experience. We visited the Einstein Bros Bagels in Ft. Lauderdale, but the place looked so dirty and poorly maintained that we had to leave without even ordering. The tables, floors, and overall atmosphere felt unhygienic. It’s a shame, because we’ve enjoyed other locations before, but this one was a huge letdown.

Einstein Bagel and specifically this location on 19 Federal Hwy is the best bagel job I have been to. I live in New York and anytime I visit Fort Lauderdale this is where I go to get some happiness. I even buy extra food to bring back home don’t judge me.
Food – Freshhhhhhh, yummy, hot and certainly a whole party in your mouth. Food is made to order of course , there is a whole selection of meat egg, turkey , bacon, ham, salmon, brisket that you can put on your sandwich. Any type of bagel you need this location has it. If u need even a simple bagel and cheese not a problem. The coffee drinks are great and desserts just pick n choose better yet just take it all .
Customer Service – Alot of eateries you go you hope to get good service. Einstein you don’t have to hope. The tolerance of the team is good I have seen some rude customers pass through and the staff handle the situations professionally. The staff is friendly, welcoming and when your leaving the send off basically invites you right back in.
Have to add speed and flexibility. They work real fast so not much wait time when you order. And you can order online and pick up in store – up to you.
Environment – Very clean and organized. They open very early hmmmm don’t remember the time exactly – think it’s 6am though . Restroom you have to get the code to get in and the area is clean as well. There is parking so no issues there in New York I gotta double park at times to buy food. Customers do like to sit and eat which makes it more personal . If in a rush just grab and go.
Overall this eatery will not disappoint. I have added a photo. Sorry I could not get my coffee drink in there I finished it already and forgot to take the photo. Will definitely visit again.
