Cozy establishment serving delicious Boston cream pie and croissants. They have a cute little open air space. Refreshing place to unwind from downtown life. Replenish your chakras with delicious mocha and chocolate croissants. Serene, chill vibes outside.

Super good bakery! My favorites were the quiche lorraine and seasonal rhubarb danish. The quiche was one of the best, if not the best, quiches I’ve ever had. The pastry and the filling were perfect. The croissant + custard + rhubarb combo was also perfect. I also tried the kouign amann and Canele. The former was average, but I liked the Canele a lot. It had a slight citrus flavor. Highly recommend this place!

This croissants and pastries are one of the best in Seattle area to me. Crunchy outside and moist inside and bread is slightly sweet.
I can eat their bread every single day!!
Also their coffees are very strong and good. It’s rare to find both very good (bread & coffee ) in a same Bakery.

Lots of options! I enjoyed the pain au chocolat for its chocolate and flakiness, but it wasn’t buttery. More oily.
Same for the brioche bread, I had to add a lot of butter to my toast to get the brioche taste. The hot chocolate was good. Don’t expect French pastries. However, overall, I did enjoy it.

I absolutely adore this bakery. I’m very obsessed with viennoiserie pastries, sampled 30+ different bakeries all across the greater Seattle area. This is one of my all-time favorites. The baked goods are very consistently excellent over the seasons, and the ambience is perfect. The little seating area, and the neighborhood bakery feel is exactly what I love. I drive 20+ min once or twice a week just to get my fill of Rosellini’s. You can’t go wrong with most things from here.

Flakiness, honeycomb inside, butteryness, I like this place a lot. Seattle is a bit of a hard city to get the best french baked goods (out of other other comparable metros in US), and some that do have a good croissant tend to mess it up because they then try to open more locations and have central kitchen, that messes up the batch quality over scale. I find Rosellini to be the right balance for me 🙂

TLDR; decent enough pastries, not the best IMO though, lines are long
We came in on the weekend 20 mins after they opened and the line was already out through the door and moving very slowly. The barista eventually started taking drink orders from the line.
It took us 20ish minutes before we were able to get in through the door – we got two mochas, the chocolate almond croissant, a blueberry scone and a spinach and feta pastry. The croissant and pastry were super crispy but felt a bit too oil for my palette unfortunately. The scone was just ok. So was the coffee.
I don’t know if I’ll stand in line for their pastries but I might come back to try their desserts.

Rosellini is one of the top places to get a butter croissant in Seattle. Their croissants have crispy crusts and beautiful layers, smell nicely as well. Maybe the layers are a tad too thick to my personal taste but overall I still enjoyed it very much. I’ve got their croissants in the early morning as well as in the afternoon, they are always taste fresh and delicious.
They make many other pastries as well. Coffee too, of course. I have also tried their spinach and cheese puff pastry and the gougère, a cheese ball. They are good, if not impressive.

Killer bread and pastries and absolutely delicious pastries and sweet treats. This is clearly a huge neighborhood favorite so get there early to stand in line. The super friendly service more than makes up for the wait. Not a ton of space to sit inside without being bumped into, but there are a couple of outdoor seating options.
