I’ve been coming to Starbucks for years now but today marks the day where I had the PERFECT drink made for me. First of all, I forgot to mention I wanted Oat milk and let Juan know right before he made it and he was very accommodating and friendly about my error. Juan REAAAALLY impressed me though. As soon as I took a sip of my Caramel Ribbon Crunch, I fell in love. This has to be the best one I’ve ever had.

The reason I am rating the atmosphere a 1 is because while we were having breakfast and after everyone was super friendly when we walked in, including the gentleman who took out order (he may have been new), this girl Jenny comes up to him at the register and starts talking down to him, then sends him to the back, I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and I could see her power tripping from a mile away, she was doing all the things you don’t do in this type of environment, talking under her breath and looking at people, the rest of the crew didn’t engage with her, making it seem like they also see she is on a little power trip trying to be the big boss, people like that should not be in customer service nor be given lead positions, I am passionate about customer service and her behavior while we were there was definitely and visibly not the best.

This was a terrible experience. I ordered a hot blonde vanilla latte with whipped cream. What I received was oily, missing the whipped cream, and had no stick topper to keep it warm or sanitary. I refused to drink it. This is basic attention to detail and quality control. Completely unacceptable.

One of the nicest Starbucks around, all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. While the parking is a bit tricky, even the other customers were amazing, kindness isn’t dead in Homestead, from patrons offering to open doors and help when you have a handful of coffees in hand.

I tried to make a snarky joke about “thank you” not being my name at the drive through. That’s just what they write on the cups. I can tell they didn’t think it was funny but they still handled it very professionally. That was my bad. As someone who works in hospitality I can tell they put up with a lot. Me and my mom go here all the time.

Walked into this location for the first time and loved it. Had a chocolate croissant and a vanilla bean frap yummy. Nice location you can sit inside wifi available. Definite go to place for a snack and chill time.

Came back May 10th wow customer service was amazing even though it was busy the attention to detail was incredible.

I am here again and Sadey went above and beyond thank you for great customer service

I just came to give a shout out to JACOB he made the best shaken espresso I ever had he made it how it supposed to taste a balanced but strong coffee flavor with the pistachio taste at the end wow he is a Real barista!! Mind u I tried Starbucks all over the WORLD! Thanks Jacob !

So I’m not a fan of writing bad reviews so, I’m truly sorry Starbucks but if I don’t then my drinks won’t get right and yes, I’m using the same review from my Florida city Starbucks review because both locations are in need of help.

Starbucks has been my favorite place to go for yummy drinks and snacks and It’s too expensive, for me at least, to get a messed up drink 9/10 times. By the time I take the first sip I can’t turn back because of traffic and then it’s a waste of my precious money and time. Either hire people who care or you’ll lose more costumers like me to Dunkin.

To be clear, I order the venti matcha latte with oat milk yesterday and couldn’t finish it. This isn’t the first or second time this has happened. Do you know how important the first sip after waiting in a long line on your way to work and then have to sit in traffic?Please do better. I don’t want to have to leave yall
