Had a little extra time while visiting friends in the area and stopped in for a (hot) Chai Tea Latte and to catch up on a few emails. The crew was welcoming and friendly – my chai was perfect! Not every Starbucks makes them the same way – Robvalo is the Master Barista! ☕️

We stopped at this Starbucks in the early part of a road trip, and I ordered one of my usual orders, a tall decaf flat white.
After we got down the road a little bit, and I had consumed about half of my drink, I was telling my husband how delicious it was, and what a good flat white it was.
A few minutes later I started getting The telltale jittery feeling and accelerated heart rate that I get from caffeine. I looked at the side of the cup, and sure enough, decaf was nowhere present on the side of the cup.
I should have known when it tasted that good that it wasn’t decaffeinated.

I recently tried the Caramel Cookie Crumble at Starbucks (hopefully I got the name right!) and it was absolutely amazing. The flavor is rich, sweet, and perfectly balanced—it’s definitely a treat worth ordering again. I can honestly say I’ve found my new favorite drink, and I’ll be coming back for it every time. Obsessed!

I am so impressed by how accommodating this Starbucks is for disabled individuals. Their patience with us was very appreciated. They were so cheerful and they showed such holiday cheer an seemed to love their jobs. They were quick to act when we had a spill and was very nice an calm.We will be back as this is one of few places that all my individuals enjoyed an felt welcome.

I stopped in today after work around 1 p.m. and the woman working the drive thru was very rude. I place my order in the app prior to leaving work on the app frequently, today it estimated 3-5 minutes for pickup which is normal. The drive over is about that long not including me gathering up my things and walking out to my car. I told them I was there for my mobile order and the woman was quick to snap and say I needed to wait 7 minutes after placing a mobile order before I come to the store. I explained to her that I had placed the order more than 5 minutes prior while I was at work and she did not seem to care or belive me. She was also rude when I told her she forgot my cake pop and was rude about that and rolled her eyes. Usually when I come through theyre really nice and I typically tip as well but not today. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but they need to have their attitude in check when communicating with customers or could’ve at least been a lot nicer. As I’ve made this a routine after getting off work and do this 3x a week I’ve never had them snap at me like that over one coffee and a cake pop on mobile order.
