Don’t get me wrong, I love Wayback Burger. I have been here many times and had no issue, the only problem was that today there was a man’s hair in my chicken. They offered a full refund, we declined. It isn’t about free food its about making sure your work environment is clean and you take precautions as to what goes into your food!! The meal overall was good, I just dont want hair in my food!

Sorry for the picture of my burger that I started eating on. I was extremely impressed with my burger and wanted to take a photo to share for the review. The food was absolutely delicious. I came in during lunchtime, and I got served pretty quickly. Got to chat with some of the staff members for a few minutes. Super nice and polite. The flavors and consistency of my burger was spot on. We will go there more often now!!

My first time trying this place: I got two Burgers, a large fry and a kids meal along with two milkshakes. The burger was Okay for the price. I would give it a 6 or 7/10. I purchased a “Large” fry but it had me wondering what the regular size looked like or if I even got the right order. The fries were disgusting. They were soggy and lacked seasoning. The vanilla milkshake honestly was the worst shake I ever tasted. It tasted like artificial vanilla and paint or something. Based off reviews I expected more but I probably wouldn’t go back. The food quality doesn’t match the prices. I’ve honestly had better burgers and shakes from Sonic and Cookout.

DO NOT EAT HERE! This was the most awful experience in food we’ve ever had! We’re foodies who out every single night just so we don’t have to cook and pay expensive prices for groceries. We wanted to try something different tonight which I feel bad about since I was the one who suggested this place in the first place! My husband had a heart attack last year and he has to stay away from G-R-E-A-S-E ee foods! Let’s just say that if he’d eaten his burger then he would’ve had another heart attack more than likely. We spent 50$ on this crap and there wasn’t a spot on our food that wasn’t covered in grease! Hands down worse place we’ve eaten so far! I’ve added photos for proof of the dark spots aka grease! Please reconsider eating here especially if you can’t eat greasy foods because that’s all you’ll be consuming. Thank you for reading and I hope this really helps someone!

I had an amazing experience at Wayback Burgers! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, made to order, and full of flavor. From the very first bite, you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The burger gave me those classic, old-school vibes—like how burgers used to taste back in the day.
The fries were hot and perfectly cooked, and the shakes? Refreshing and downright delicious. Everything just felt right—from the quality of the food to the overall vibe.

This is my go-to place for any work-lunch meetings that I have had over the past few years. The burgers are great, sides are decent. Everything is very quick and convenient. The guy working the counter is exceptionally friendly.

Not impressed, won’t go back even though it’s close to our house. They only thing going good in here is the service, that young lady helping us order was patient as we figured out what we wanted, she also was very informed on answering our questions. We got 3 burgers to go with 3 orders of fries, and a chicken bacon ranch fries. We were not in a hurry and were sitting and waiting for the food, with all the tables dirty and the floors needing to be swept, and the line rail was so loose that I almost fell over when I touched it. It was between 230pm and 3pm on a Wednesday, and was not busy at all. We got our food home and we were not impressed with the flavorless burgers, it’s almost like they forgot seasoning on them, and the fries weren’t even cooked, some of them were still frozen. Y’all don’t gotta worry about getting anymore of my money, I feel disrespected after getting this. Most of it went straight to the trash, especially after biting into a frozen fry. Sorry I didn’t take pictures because it’s in the trash.

I ordered one impossible burger to go. The place was not crowded at all. I went next door to Hobby Lobby until my order became ready. Goes to show that there are folks out there that is throwing food together. I got home and saw whoever made the burger didn’t even pay attention. They had ONE job. The outside portion of the burger was flipped inside and the ketchup and onions was on the outside portion. I took a bite and realized that’s not the way the sandwich should be. I thought it might be a new way of making the impossible burger. I went online to Wayback and saw that it was NOT the way the burger should have been made. Suffice it to say, I won’t be back.
