The food here is good, but they will get your order wrong if you order from them with food delivery. I’m pescatarian and ordered shrimp wraps twice and they sent chicken the first time and beef the next. I called the store to complain and they said they didn’t speak English and hung up on me. If you are out of shrimp, then don’t sent whatever you have on hand. That’s not okay with everyone.

Don’t miss this place! The food was super fresh and flavorful. We ordered pupusas, tamales, and a torta sandwich and it was all delicious. Wow! We will definitely be back!

The building is not much to look at but the food is fantastic. A wonderful waitress helped us navigate the menu and we got a sampling. Everything was delicious. When we come back we will sample something else.

Definitely one of the best places in town! They have great portions of both the main dish and sides; enough is always leftover for another meal! The first time trying one of their papusas and sandwiches was instant comfort. It is now a place my fiance and I go always have on our mind for comforting, flavorful food

Every time I eat patties, it makes me wanna spin around and throw my hands in the air like when I was a child. I’d spin around and look up in the sky. It makes me so happy. Papua have become one of my favorite meals introduced to me by my girlfriend. She used to bring them home on the weekends and save my life. They are literally one of my favorite meals. Now we miss Patti’s, Patti’s. Thanks so much. We’re throwing our hands up and spinning around for you can’t wait to see you soon.

My favorite spot in Asheville so far! The service was exceptional, everyone was so nice and friendly and explained everything so clearly! They make everything homemade and fresh, even the tortilla shells! I was in Heaven!!!

This place is full of Hard working individuals. The food portions were crazy big. Food was good not great. It has great potential. The space was small and a little warm for me (but is was a warm afternoon) . It was busy for a good reason. The food would have been great if the Plantains and the Papua’s spent a little more time on the grill. The services was good and kind. They just need a bigger update place and I think they would blow it out of the water.

I had some pretty tasty pupusas from here. Best I’ve had in a while. The other foods on the menu seem a little pricey but everything else looked and smelled dang good. I can’t wait to go back. You should try it.

My mom had a co-worker for years who brought homemade pupusas to work to share – they’re pretty labor intensive, so I was super excited to hear this was in Asheville. Definitely worth the drive. No frills – okay. It’s a stand on the side of a gas station. The pupusas were amazing!!! We got chicken (pollo) and beans and cheese, and also the breakfast baleada with avocado!! Yum! There’s a giant jug of amazing spicy salsa to complement. 2 pupusas were definitely a serving. They have a list of the available fillings and they are made to order, so be patient. There are a couple of bottled sodas to choose from (sprite and coke our day).
