Offline BBQ will be located in the back of Cibolo Creek Brewing Co., next to the beer garden and behind the stage where live music regularly takes place.

Barbecue is a tough thing to get right! Especially in South Texas. But that’s exactly what OFFLINE BBQ at Cibolo Creek in Boerne, TX did. Boerne has needed a BBQ pit for a long time and it couldn’t have landed at a better spot. We enjoyed their tender brisket with the perfect amount of bark and flavor. We also had the pork spareribs and pork belly burnt ends, all smoked to perfection. The meats were all sold by the half pound and reasonably priced. And what is a good barbecue without great sides? We tried their Mexican style cream corn And deviled eggs Potato salad.
They’re open Saturday and Sunday until they run out. I’m gonna try and get there early next time and get one of their Dino ribs.

Winner, winner, this place for dinner! Actually lunch on Saturdays and Sundays are currently their open hours.
Not sure if these guys enter contests, but they certainly could. The food tastes as great as it looks and the staff is all about great bbq and great service.
Offline BBQ is located in the biergarten behind Cibolo Creek Brewing Co so you can enter through the restaurant or the driveway that runs behind Main street.
The only way you will be disappointed here is if you show up to late to order. Be careful with the bacon wrapped habaneros as they get hotter the more you eat. You will be happy when you stop here.

I’m so happy that Cibolo has a gorgeous BBQ smoker in the back now and it is incredible!! The brisket was perfect and I’m generally very picky about BBQ. Perfect seasoning and pink smoke ring. The staff are very friendly and love talking about the custom smoker they use, and will gladly give your husband a tour of it if you ask. Lol. There’s some picnic tables and the general Cibolo outdoor seating. We really enjoyed sharing a table with some people and having good conversation. Per usual, parking isn’t plentiful on weekends but just find something on the street. Your car will be safe here.
In general, you can’t go wrong with Offline, Cibolo and Hambys. The best food and beer in one block and you’re supporting a local family business. We drive up from the city all the time just to eat at these 3 places.

Outstanding! All of the other reviewers really hit it home describing how good their barbecue is. Go check it out! You won’t be disappointed. The ribs and the brisket are delicious. These guys are really a fantastic addition to Boerne!
