Love me some smoothie king. Gabe and Dom were very friendly, helpful and prompt. If their here, I’ll make it my one stop shop for protein shakes! Also, my whole family loves it here. “Peanut power plus with chocolate” is sooo good. I will say there’s been a few times I’ve come in and the fruit flies and flies were kinda bad. But that’s the only compassion I have, but we do live in Florida, I’m just saying. God bless y’all and don’t forget to get you some smoothie king and the reward points are great too!

I get a smoothie several times a week from the Del Prado location and I always have a good experience. I usually order on the app when I get in the parking lot and they are so quick, it is usually ready just a few minutes after I walk in the door. My order is always correct and always tastes delicious! Today, Mark helped me, and just like all of the employees that work there, he was very friendly and professional. It is nice to go to a place where the employees actually seem like they enjoy being there and helping customers.

Quick service, lots of selection, good friday specials. Free size upgrade from 20oz to next size, believe it was 32oz. Everyone was happy with their choices. The Hulk with the banana could be better. They use overipe bananas, and you can tell it was overpowering, even choosing the cold brew coffee flavor.. Leave that for the banana bread. Overall, clean place good service. Great place to get refueled after the gym.

The Peanut Power Plus is the only reason to come here — and thankfully, it’s consistently good. However, the service has been consistently poor for about a year. As a business owner, I understand how important Google reviews are, which is why I’ve given this location several chances to get it right before posting. Unfortunately, the lack of investment in quality employees is obvious and ongoing.
The checkout lines are a major reason I rarely visit. I never know if it’s going to take five minutes or fifteen minutes — and yes, fifteen minutes for smoothies is a long time. No, I’m not exaggerating.
Today was another frustrating experience: the cashier shortchanged me because they didn’t have enough coins in the register. If a drawer is short on change, any rounding should favor the customer, not the store. Rounding down is unacceptable.
Additionally, they refuse to accept $50s and $100s, but there’s no signage informing customers beforehand, no biggy. Buy the sticker and post it
Lastly the acai bowls are often melted upon delivery and please wipe down the sides of cups before handing them to customers. No I’m not OCD, there’s smoothie on it. Quality control is clearly lacking.

Came in here because my obgyn said i needed more protein and i loved the location in fort myers but visiting in laws in cape coral i decided not to make the commute, HUGE MISTAKE, upon entering the restaurant i smelled something rotting mixed with bleach and fabuloso, IMMEDIATE RED FLAG BTW. My sister is a food manager and i asked her about this and said its a health code violation so i wish i knew that before ordering. I placed a group order that came up to 48.90. Idk what the ladys problem was but she was a hispanic lady seemed young and short she had a very short temper and rushed me through my order. Due to me being pregnant i took it as my hormones playing into my emotions but looking back i shouldve spoken up about it. My smoothies were warm, idk if they forgot to add ice or just didnt care to. Bananas make me sick so i specifically asked for no bananas in anything and they all had it. My husband offered to go back and have them remade but i didnt want to cause an issue so we decided to just toss them and move on. Ive never been into a smoothie king that made me want to throw up so fast. But seeing how theyve never failed me before i figured maybe id give it a shot. The workers were rude, store filthy, food mustve been expired, and i guess theyre not getting paid enough to do their jobs. I think whoever is in charge needs to reevaluate their employees and how theyre trained. Ill never be going back to this location ive already told my family and friends to steer clear. I tried getting the managers name but she refused to give it. Very disappointed is and understatement.

I liked this Smoothie King . This location is very clean and the staff is friendly. I was greeted right away by the guy working. Great customer service. My smoothie tasted great and I did not wait long at all . I would recommend this location and I would go back again .
