Went here for my little brother’s graduation. I can say that we really did enjoy ourselves. We got the Korean BBQ and the Hot Pot . Everyone was so friendly. From the waiter, to the cooks, and the food was good. I love the complimentary bar which included the wings, lo mein, and Cream cheese wontons. They kept this bar nice and clean and the food was always hot! That was really surprising to me! The sauce bar was good too. I liked how they had signs up for you to make your sauce to replicate one of their sauce recipes. The Korean meat featured a wide selection of things with so many options to choose from. I just wish the portions size was a bit more, but for the price you could not beat the amount you could continue to order. My favorite part was the hot pot. The garlic and herbs broth is by far the BEST hot pot I’ve ever had! So so delicious that I woke up thinking about this place to be honest. I just may go back today now that I think about it! Highly recommend!

Excellent quality and service! My first visit here and both my nephew and I left with full tummies and happy faces. We got the kpot because it’s chilly right now and a hearty soup was exactly what today called for. Fresh ingredients and portions just the right size that we got several items each and had the best time.

The atmosphere is awesome. The music is relaxing. The neon lights gives off a big city vibe that feels just right. The food was excellent. The waiter explained the process perfectly and was extremely helpful! Price is great for the amount of food you get too. Will definitely be back soon.

This is my second time eating here and it has yet to disappoint. The staff is super helpful and on point with customer service. You are indeed paying for fresh food prepared by yourself and the experience so bring your appetite because the waste charge is $14 a pound. The average cost is about $100 do a party of two. There is a 2 hour time limit but as the ole saying goes be nice to your host and they will be nice to you.
I personally recommend Caleb and Natalie as your Waiter/Waitress.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the Amya was welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. My server was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations that made the meal even better. Drinks were refilled promptly, and any requests I had were handled with a smile. The entire team worked together smoothly, which created a relaxed and enjoyable dining atmosphere. It really felt like they cared about making sure I had a good experience.

I went with my daughter, and I loved the concept, but it is too much food for two!! $97. Soups(2) and BBQ(2). I loved the Healthy Herbs soup!! Recommendation for vegan, be sure if you take any soup to let the waiter, because there is a soup that can be for a vegetarian BUT not for a VEGAN! They lack of a good dessert, not a good quality napkins and the music should be more Korean. Also, the music is way too loud!!

Na Na was excellent. She kept our drinks refilled and checked on us several times. I accidentally spilled my drink and flagged Jared over to get some help. He told me to tell my server and walked off like there wasnt a full glass of mountain dew on the floor. I would have appreciated some urgency, as I was afraid someone would fall, but he showed none, pointing to my server and telling me to tell her. The spill was eventually cleaned up, after I told another staff member.

First time coming here since the grand opening. Well, it’s definitely renovated and modern. I think, considering the nature of the restaurant itself I would recommend group outings than individual people like myself. Overall, the food is good: it’s essentially an all-you-can-eat buffet but you get to cook your own food via hotpot or barbecue grilling.
Met my server Joshua who’s pleasant and explained the overall concepts to me. You get to order various of meat, carbs and veggies to cook. Sadly, there wasn’t any alcoholic options , I like good wine with my food. Otherwise, it is a pleasant experience. Not exactly the biggest fan of trap music playing in the background – would’ve preferred something different, but that’s just me.
I wouldn’t return by myself; I’ll bring my family and friends to eat together though :).
