Brought my work friends to try something new. So glad I picked right! The food was delicious! Nothing disappointed! Destiny (our waitress) was helpful with recommendations for both food & drinks and wasn’t wrong on any of them!

This is such a pleasant surprise for Indian food here in Wichita. The flavor is robust and never ending. We enjoyed the margaritas with Indian spices, the Somoza app, and all the curry, coconut rice, with the best naan bread we have ever had. Many vegetarian options. Many options period. The menu has so many options it can be a little overwhelming! Also, be careful of the spice level. Start low to be safe. There were maybe too many onions on the app and people need to manage expectations on time to eat here. This is not a quick meal. While the server was sweet and manager had great energy, it was very slow. Even getting drinks. We had an hour and figured with one other table here at the time, this was doable. We ended up having to pack up our main course 1.5 hours in or we would miss our show. Good food takes time and now that we understand this we will plan better; hopefully this helps others as well! Great place and we will be back!

Went in for lunch on Friday afternoon.Great vibe in the restaurant , looks modern and trendy.
There were only 2 tables occupied when we checked in but food service was slow and it took almost 25 minutes for our food. Maybe they were short on staff that day.
Coming to food, it was really good.
Loved the Chicken Malai sandwich. Chicken was succulent and tender.
Mango chicken flavour was also good, chicken was slightly overcooked. Fries were really good.
Loved the chicken pakora , light and crispy. Only complain is too much food colour , too much red.

Our server was good and we felt pretty new to the job but was attentive and polite and all that. Manager had great energy and was very nice. It wasn’t very busy which makes all of those things a little easier but it really was one of the best experiences we’ve had in Wichita. We are not from here. The location isn’t bad for us but I think thier business would be greatly improved in a different spot. Though Bravo y’all!

This was our first time trying The mango tree and our expectations were exceeded. We didn’t know what to expect as we’ve never tried Indian cuisine but it was all so delicious. We ordered the butter chicken poutine, tiki masala, mango chicken sandwich, and the jalapeño cheddar naan (the naan was SO GOOD, highly recommend it). Everything came out hot and fresh and our server was so nice and welcoming. Definitely will be coming back !

I didn’t know I really liked Indian food until I just recently dined at The Mango Tree. I ordered the Tikka Masala (a curry bowl) and it was absolutely delicious! It was creamy and flavorful. I ordered mine with pork and I liked how you choose your spice intensity from a 1-5. I chose spice level 4 which had a nice bite if you will, but I love spicy foods so I could have went up to a 5 for a really nice kick. I dined with a party so I sampled 3 other curry bowls which were all also delicious. I also sampled the platter with a variety of very tasty fried Indian goodness. I ordered a Long Island as my drink which was strong and made well. With all of the foods I tried tasting amazingly, I would rate the food with 5 stars, and the server was very knowledgeable to help me select my food choice. My overall score is a 4 only because the pricing is a tad on the higher side and I’m more of a frugal individual, however, the food and experience was indeed worth it and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

*** Platinum Diamond Review *** Let’s just say I was blown away by this place. Every time I try a new Indian restaurant in Wichita, I am normally disappointed. I was not here. Their food is absolutely delicious! Hands down the BEST Indian restaurant! We tried Butter Chicken Poutine, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Garlic Naan. Phenomenal! Jason, the guy who answers their phone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful service! The restaurant is very clean. Nice atmosphere. The have discounts on their appetizers and some other items as well during their designated times. They also have drink specials. They have Wine Wednesdays! Highly recommend this place!

Do NOT sleep on this place. Every single bite I put into my mouth was like fireworks and all the happy sparkles I could possibly imagine going off at once. The flavor was truly perfect and balanced so that it wasn’t overwhelming. It was just right. Our server, Lindsey (spelling?), was so knowledgeable and friendly and accommodating. We will most definitely be back! And hopefully many times after that!

3rd day of business and they seem to have it figured out already! We were greeted when we walked in, we were seated right away, everyone was very polite. We sat in the bar end and Ebony took care of our visit. The drinks were great! We ordered the Poutine as the appetizer, which was very good, they have great fries! We both ordered different Curry Bowls to get different styles and they were both delicious. When you order these they ask what level of heat you would like so do not worry it will be too spicy! And the Naan! The Naan was great, fresh and made to order. We ordered the Jalapeno cheddar and the garlic, both were perfect!

It’s been on our places to try list since we heard about it, and today we finally made it. Our server Ron was phenomenal, he had lots of recommendations and provided top notch customer service. The food was also phenomenal. Between my fiancé and I, we tried the mango lassi, masala tea, samosa chat, lamb vindaloo, paneer tikka masala, garlic naan, plain naan, jalapeño cheddar naan, and the Indian carrot pudding. And that’s barely a dent into everything they offer. Everything was so flavorful, and we had plenty of leftovers to take home too. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Go check this place out!!
