I had the Oxtail with Collards, Red Beans n Rice, and Cornbread. My friend had the Pork Ribs with Collards, Mac n Cheese, and Cornbread. We both loved it! Them Oxtail was so tender and flavourful. The Collards were excellent! You wont be disappointed with the food from this truck and the guy cooking it up was frirndly also… We will definitely be back.

Where else are you going to get free samples. You can’t help but leave with a smile when you stop by. When you find a place that don’t need any seasoning added to their food, you better keep that place close. I’m a once a weeker since my first visit. Just got the chicken red beans and rice, with grilled cabbage, and Mac and cheese. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is some of the best food in town.

This is some of the best food you can get in Chattanooga! We can’t help but stop in when we see the truck! Everything we have ate has been wonderfully made and the service and atmosphere is just as good as the food ! Definitely try them out!
