A quaint little Italian restaurant. We stopped by just around 4 and were promptly greeted by the waitress. We were led to our table and placed our drink and appetizer order while we decided on our meal order. We had the Onion Rings and ordered a large Special Pizza. Everything was delicious and served hot. Our waitress was great and very attentive to our needs. We had plenty left over to eat a few meals off of at home.

HORRIBLE! We ordered food for pick up and was told 40-45 minutes. We arrived 30 minutes later and the place was packed. There was a lengthy line, and no one had their food. A lady dining in at one point complained to the hostess that she had been waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for her food. We were immediately concerned and double checked that our food was being worked on. She confirmed yes and we paid for our order. Another 1.5 hours later, we were still waiting. At one point, when we checked again for our order, the lady asked us what our order was again. We were shocked. After two hours, we finally asked for our money back and were ready to leave. The hostess assured us that it would be just 3 minutes. Ten minutes later, our order was finally ready… but it wasn’t right. We finally got it corrected and were able to make it home. Unfortunately, when we got home 10 minutes later, the soup was cold, the pasta was undercooked, and the pizza was cold and crust was hard. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend this place and would look to go elsewhere. They need to be more honest about their wait times and while unfortunate, need to turn away customer orders if they can’t handle the volume.

Never again.
We had heard good reviews by word of mouth, so thought we would give it a try. We only waited a couple of minutes to be seated. About 10 minutes later the waitress took our food and drink order. My husband ordered a pizza and I, the Raviolli, soup and garlic knots. About half an hour went by and still no soup. I was finally able to stop the waitress and she said she would check on it. I was told that it is about to come out. Another 10 minutes and it did. It was a terrible version of Italian Bean and pasta. There is no way the pasta was made in house. The soup base was cheesy. So basically Mac and cheese with beans. About 50 minutes in the rest of our food had not came out. The waitress informed us the pizza had been ready but was waiting on the ravioli so we asked her to bring the pizza. Others that arrived after we did recieved their food and we still waited. Why didn’t we walk out at this point? We waited a total of about an hour for pizza that was definetly not worth it. Raw veggies and soggy crust. The ravioli was tough and the sauce tasted like straight tomato sauce. The take out orders were flying out the door though. Not recommended and not worth the wait!

So it’s very small. They cannot accommodate many dine ins at all. However if you’re patient enough to wait, you will not be disappointed. The food and service is fantastic. My whole party left completely satisfied. I am a fan and will definitely eat there again. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.

Boo took me here on our little peace getaway. They are smaller restaurant with a small parking area. Don’t let that fool you cause they are popular . The place was crowed not as many eating as the take out orders which was fine for us. We met a lovely couple from Miami and her momma. We started with the garlic knots and homemade Mariana sauce it was so good. Then we ordered a medium pizza meat lovers. I was talking so much with our table neighbor that I forgot to get the picture. I will tell you everything we had tasted homemade fresh and so delicious! We got a canolli to go and it was Devine. If we come back will definitely see yall again. Our neighbor got alfredo and he said the sauce was to die for. Would love to try that next time. Thank yall for our favorite meal

Looked to be a small family operated restaurant. Food was delicious! Had Stromboli and Meatball Sandwich with Onion Rings. Service was excellent. Went in between lunch and dinner, not too crowded and plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

We have been eating at this restaurant for 10 yrs…mostly previous location. Why? Excellent Food! Never Again! Prioritizing take out orders ruined this restaurant for sit down dinner. We are a Party of 5 Military Family. We arrived at 4:50 on a saturday night Dec 27th. Waited 20 min for table. We were told it would take 30-45 min to get food. We did not get our food until close to 7:00pm after numerous complaints. It is Disrespectful to both in restaurant customers and waitresses to lie and say, they have to prioritize phone/online orders over in-restaurant customers. They do not. Waitresses earn less tips. It should be first come first serve. Close to in-restaurant customers or limit take out if you cannot handle both your take out and in-restaurant customers. The adjoining tables were also very distraught upset and hungry. We would have all gone to get BBQ or would have gone to Waynesville to eat if we had known. Best to be up front and honest to avoid bad reviews like this. The poor waitresses were put in an impossible situation.

We have experienced this restaurant three times while visiting Maggie Valley this summer. Twice as a take out and once at the restaurant. All three times we were rewarded with a delicious pizza. We are booked to be back for June and July next year and will definitely be back to Bizzaro for a delicious pizza

DONT GO!!!!This was my first time trying bizarros and it was unfortunately the worst food I have had in a while, the mozzarella sticks are bland with and the only flavor they have being extremely salty, i ordered it with extra marinara and i didn’t even finish one of them all of their tomato sauces taste very canned or frozen and very off, definitely not fresh ingredients at all even the sauce on the spaghetti and meatballs was very odd tasting and it had the smallest amount of sauce for a portion of spaghetti, the meatballs had a weird metallic flavor and where extremely mushy so they where also definitely frozen (probably for a while if I had to guess) ,we also got the beef ravioli and it tasted like the worst quality Italian sausage possible not to mention the texture of the ravioli was strangely crumbly and overcooked,… the only saving grace was the tiramisu, I was actually pleased with the dessert and wish the portion was bigger! All in All , DO NOT GO HERE!!!! (unless it’s for desert)

Extremely cozy environment. Delicious, fresh food. Friendly, hard-working staff. Worth the wait. BBQ place near Bizzarro’s seemed out of a lot of items, so an unexpected surprise!
