11-19-23 update: Visited this location again today. I got ripped off for a second time this month. I am officially done ordering from this location. I ordered a large hot mocha like I always do and received a smaller cup than I was used to. I was assured by an employee, after my 12 minute wait, that I was receiving a large cup. Turns out these employees received good training on lying.
Found out later if you’re unsure of the cup size you’re receiving. It’s printed on the bottom of the cup. “-16” is a medium, and “-20” is a large cup.

Used to be my tradition when coming to town to get coffee here every morning. However, lately it’s been so slow. On 10/12 I waited so long in the drive thru I ended up leaving and going to the other coffee place a couple doors down. It was so much quicker and now they have a new customer. Sad because I like Caribou coffee the best but the service at this one is far too slow.

Easy in and out – drive through if you prefer – I was in ordered and out the door in under 5 min. Coffee was fresh & hot (always a plus). Plenty of help on hand for a morning rush and they were awake and helpful, attentive to walk-ins and drive through.

Coffee tastes burnt. expired shots and nothing like the coffee used to be. Place used to be my favorite and now with new management it’s clearly falling apart. Don’t waste your money and time here.

Stopped inside this past Sunday, 9/25, about 9:15 AM. Ordered a small black coffee. Took about 8 minutes to arrive. Grabbed it and went to my truck. Started driving and went for the first sip. Warm! If even that. What the hell!!! On a busy Sunday morning and your coffee isn’t remotely close to hot! Unbelievable. I just kept driving. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I feel like the service has honestly been great lately! But I ordered a London Fog this morning and it tasted so so bad-wasn’t made right. Have ordered numerous times and it’s typically good so not sure what happened. Was a pick up order so didn’t have the opportunity to get a new one.

I am sad to give this place a 2 and a 1 for the food. But no matter how many times I go in and get my type of coffee I let them know how I would like it made. It never is right. Sometimes I don’t want to drive to the other side of town for my coffee.
