Clean restaurant with friendly staff. There’s plenty of indoor seating with booth options.
Service is quick. Prices have gone up over the years, but that’s everywhere. But if you use their coupons it’s reasonable.
I find their food fresh and tasty.
There’s plenty of free self parking too.

Honestly don’t waist your money here! Expensive and you literally get nothing for it. The classic grilled chicken burrito was 70% lettuce and 30% tortilla. Lady at the window didn’t smile once. Obviously hates her job.

It is unbelievable that this is my first time to visit Del Taco after 16 years that I have been US. Neat place. Very clean. Service is fast. I ordered an Epic Torta meal with beef. That is really good. It is like a combination of Subway and Taco. I still have bunches of coupons. So I will visit here soon.

I placed a drive-through order, and the man at the window was rude. He even forgot to give me my chips. When I went back to pick them up, he didn’t apologize at all. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had—very poor customer service.

I went and ordered a burrito. I added items on. They charge for add one. They have button on their online for ad ons. Yet when I ordered. They did not add on. When I told them they said they gave me the wrong burrito. I came back. They did not add on again. I called them. It was odd. The manager said they don’t modify menu items. Huh? They have add on or meat sub buttons online.. the workers refuse to make it according to ticket.

I ordered and unfortunately for me my card declined the first time. Luis was in the background and said something rude in Spanish and noding at his head and was mumbling something under his breath. I asked for his name and another employee, Karen, said why I said bc he is being rude and I would like to write a review. He said Luis, then very aggressively said “what’s yours”. Karen then said that it was just because we were “slowing things down”. I apologized but said that wasn’t really my problem because at that point she had said it kind of rudely. She then said it was our problem because we had insufficient funds and kept saying over and over it was our problem. She then took our drink and walked it to the back then brought it back again and when I asked why she took it to the back she said “to get strawberries? Is that OK with you” passive-aggressively” then she kept repeating if its ok with me over and over again. I asked for her name because I didn’t appreciate her being rude then she got angrier and she just kept saying “I don’t care I’m not being rude if anything im helping you”. All I wanted was to buy my 2 tacos, quesadilla, and drink for my kids. Yes my card declined the first time but that was not something I could control and the second time it swiped it worked. Instead of trying to resolve the issue faster they just got rude which I understand the line was held up but I apologized sincerely. The level of service was very saddening.

Our first visit and we had just driven for 12 hours and were hungry. The crispy tacos were pretty good and with the salsa even better. My wife liked her fish taco even though it didn’t have alot of fish. The bean burrito was a disappointing. I thought it would be better. The lemonade was tasty and refreshing. The guy taking the order was friendly and pleasant. Appreciated that after the long drive.

Arrived at 11:37 and they have the trash blocking the drive thru so no one can enter even though its still 11:37pm and they close at midnight! This is ridiculous!!!!! I drove 15mins! What a waste! Will never ever come to this place anymore nor anyone that I know!! Cars are coming and leaving!! A bold guy with a moustache came out because so many people wanted to figure out why they are closed and I told him I will report this and he just laughed at my face and went back inside.
