I’m a big foodie and I go around collier county and let me tell you I’ve been to 3 rib cities never disappoints.. but this one was not what I expected ong, the brisket was so dry I’m still washing it down. Under seasoned, fatty, and that red ring was devious. Couldn’t even wash it down with the slaw it was so acidic and watery how is something dry and wet at the same time no hate.. had beans and corn both tasted like that cherry medicine we get when we feel like we dying. Chewy and dry bread no shot it was garlic NO SHOT. Chicken was gelatinous like it was sitting right next to that brisket in the warmer.. let’s not get into the fries.. let me tell you I’ve never been that disappointed in a rib city I bout cried in that jawn. $75 for the whole meal for 3 meals( imma big back) minus the tip. If I provided that from my job I would’ve been chopped.

Absolutely the worst chicken ive ever had so dry u couldn’t chew it and not even a sorry ur meal was bad let alone to replace or take it off the 160.00 dollar bill.. very disappointed ribs r super tiny their whole rack is the size of a quarter rack the only good thing about this place was friendly staff but they don’t care about serving horrible food one excuse after another

For pick up, perhaps we had a bad experience when others encounter better. For the price they’re charging here, you’re getting a poor deal for your money in both service and product. It is worth recording this is a snapshot of one experience. Look at other reviews to make an informed decision.
Positives on our visit:
Food prepared in agreed upon timeframe
Meats and veggies were hot.
Plenty of ranch for chicken sandwich
Very good iced tea
Flavorful bbq sauces
Negatives:
Apathetic Staff
Poor portions for high prices
Staff definitely not filling out “preparation” slips, but they’re on every carryout bag.
Failed to place any toppings on “all the way” kickin’chicken.
Chicken tenders basically amounted to expensive breaded chicken scraps – only one full tender.
Lukewarm fries
Strangely empty bbq cups.
Veggies were bland.
No apparent management engaging in quality control at distribution points, or poor company quality sensibility.
There are plenty of good barbecue places in Florida. Rib City is usually a good one, but this one didn’t give a good showing for my family.
Honestly, you could get an equal or better product and service of better quality at a local fast food establishment for pick up. I can’t comment on dine in quality, though.

While visiting Immokalee, we noticed that Rib City had a lot of business. Atmosphere was comfortable and it seemed like everyone knew each other especially since the town is small. Service was good. Food was okay. Ordered a pick 3 platter with barbecue chicken, pulled pork, and ribs with a loaded baked potato and baked beans. Mild buffalo chicken tenders as an appetizer. 3 barbecue sauces are on every table. The one with the yellow cap seems like a favorite but was horrible to us. Bill was $28.

Everything was delicious, no complaints there at all! We ordered onion rings and i found it odd that they wanted to charge us for a tiny cup of spicy ranch sauce for dipping. Also before we left they offered to fill up our cups to go. Then charged us for the fill up as another soda. Very odd. There like 3$ to begin with. I can get a bigger size that actually has soda in it and not all ice at circle k for .79 cents… PLUS you offered!! Nothing was mentioned of charging for 2 more drinks. Even McDonald’s doesn’t charge you for a refill. Is your coke that much better? The staff was very friendly and attentive even though they were busy. Other than thr weird up charges and not mentioning the extra soda charges everything was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was on point, everything from the meal to down to the mac and cheese and bread. Cooked perfectly too i might add. Great meal will be back without a doubt.

Home town BBQ. Good food with affordable lunch specials. Country atmosphere. Ribs were good…not great…but good. Grilled chicken was a bit dry…but you can always smother it with BBQ sauce if you like.
It is an older building but is well maintained.
It is family friendly and gets busy for lunch and dinner. Avoid the rush by coming a little early.
