Love to come here for dinner on a date night. The food is reliably tasty, the seasonal cocktails are always really nice (love the smoky old fashioned), and the servers are very warm. We’ve had the host every time we’ve been, and she is so nice and friendly, she immediately sets you at ease.

Last time we went, we got the chicken katsu salad and the salmon with some sides. Everything was great!

Good not great. For the location, price, atmosphere I did expect better food. Service was good but food was average at best. There is not much in the area so the lack of competition may contribute to the sub par food. If I go back I will order something light. The mains were lacking in quality. I had the steak and the preparation and quality was just not good.

The ambience was absolutely perfect
-spacious and ideal for group gatherings.
Whether it’s a casual hangout or a special celebration, this spot definitely sets the right mood.

Now, let’s talk food! We started with the Calamari and General Tso’s Cauliflower-both were decent but didn’t quite blow us away.
For the main course, I went with the Fillet Mignon. While the flavour was okay, I was hoping for a bit more tenderness in the beef. Still, it was a satisfying dish overall.

The highlight of the night? The *White Winter Cosmo* cocktail! It was refreshing,
well-balanced, and definitely a win. If you’re stopping by, this drink is a good option.

Overall, a solid experience with great vibes and a few standout moments. Would love to hear your recommendations for next time!

Another terrific meal at 3West today! The space is always warm and inviting – it was especially so on this freezing cold day with the fireplace roaring. The food was excellent. We had the Candy Roaster Squash & Coconut Soup as well as the New England Clam Chowder to start our lunch. For entrees we had the Power Lunch with seared salmon, Spaghetti Squash & Chicken Ricotta Meatballsand the Vermont Cheddar Burger. Everything was cooked perfectly and looked as good as it tasted. Dessert was a shared Warm Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding with vanilla ice cream which was delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional. An all around great lunch!

3 West was a great choice for our anniversary on a cold winter day. The wood-burning fireplace created a cozy, welcoming atmosphere right away. We were seated in the chef’s area, which was a nice touch and fun to watch the kitchen in action.
Our waitress, Kyla, was excellent and recommended the short ribs, pork chop, and bread pudding—all were delicious. We’ll definitely be back.

Truly stellar all around! The food is hearty and left us very full, in the best way possible…if you visit and don’t get the house made biscuits, I’ll be personally hurt. They are delicious!! The cocktails were pretty standard and no complaints about decor. The restaurant is a beautiful place to visit and dine in.

3West is a New American restaurant in Basking Ridge, NJ that offers a seasonal menu of creative dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs prepare your food. The service is a bit slow but the staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list.

I had the pleasure of dining at 3West recently, and I was very impressed with the food. I started with the calamari, chicken meatballs as appetizer, which was cooked perfectly and served with a delicious chorizo vinaigrette. For my main course, I had the seared salmon, which were perfectly cooked and served with a creamy risotto and asparagus. For dessert, I had the chocolate lava cake, sorbet, which was rich and decadent.

Brought my Wife here for dinner, and was most impressed. This is what I call fine dining, with an excellent selection of dishes and great service. Not inexpensive, but well worth it for special occasions.

First time here grabbed lunch, tried the burrata, Thai noodle salad with filet mignon. The food was rather bland to be honest, not much flavor and the fillet mignon was overcooked. To pay the prices we paid you would expect better.

This remains one of my favorite local restaurants! i love this place in large part for the yummy food of course, but almost equally because of their incredibly service oriented staff, whose focus is clearly on quality.

Juan is a gem of a person and such an asset to 3 west! There was a mixup with my order recently (which turned out to be more of a miscommunication), and Juan stepped in to quickly offer up a solution. Very much appreciated his professionalism and eagerness to help.

I have been visiting for many years and continue to look forard to the incredible menu, ambiance, and top notch service
