This place is iconic and a must go when in Baltimore. Prices are around $11 which includes a drink. They still only accept cash. The food is fresh and delicious. Parking is limited on this street. I stopped by early Friday morning around 10 am and the food was ready. If you want quality halal this is the go to cart.

Incredible place to eat. The gentlemen serving customers are always professional, friendly and generous. It’s $25 to get two full platters with rice, protein, vegetables and white sauce. You also get a canned beverage of your choice. The flat bread they offer is a great pairing w the platter. It’s very affordable and distinctively delicious. Swear it’s always the best thing I’ve had every time I get it and have been getting it for years. They park their food truck in front of the city court house around 12pm- 1pm most days. Worth the drive!! Thank you for being one of our favorite lunch spots!!

Community hero. Best food for the best value with the nicest service you can find in the area – hands down. Mixed chicken and lamb over rice with extra spice has never failed me. The only time I ever don’t bring lunch from home is to visit this exceptional food cart.

This one is a sleeper. The presentation and complexity wasn’t much to look at but the flavor was amazing. Great meat and the rice was so fragrant. Great food. Definitely recommend the Lamb over rice. Only took one star off for presentation but it was delivery so there’s that.

Friendly workers and consistent with the flavors. I get the mix combo platter which is Lamb and Chicken with a small salad on the side on top of rice. Then you can pick either or both of the white sauce and red hot sauce. I get both sauces and extra spicy to get the extra nasal cleansing. Also they don’t overcharge you like other places when you tell them to make your platter extra saucy.
Very very generous portion for $10. Depending how much you intake their platters can be a meal for one two or even a meal for now and later. They also have gyro options or meat with just salad or just rice I get both. And you can get the sauces on the side as well. They also deliver thru Doordash and maybe Grubhub too.
They close at 6pm Mon- Friday. Located right next to and in front of the Plaza building.

This place is awesome. The staff is always friendly. The food is always awesome. The portions are generous, nor all rice like some places. If you are downtown this is definitely a place to check out.

Delicious. I got the combo plate spicy, good value for 10$. Very flavorful and filling. Guys were nice. Good balance of meat and rice, not stingy with sauces. I went here on a work trip and would definitely repeat if I’m back in Baltimore.

Our family favorite place to go to for over 10 years!! Amazing food for a great price!! The owner is super nice!! Just call 10 mins before you get there and place the order and it’s always ready for pick up! The parking is sometimes annoying if it’s busy but you can find parking on the side or just make another round and come back!!
