I actually had a blast here. It’s just got the perfect feeling to it. There are no windows, it’s got the right chairs and decor, and the prices and portions are just right.
In terms of quick Chinese restaurants, it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but that doesn’t mean that they don’t care about what they put out.
Meat quality was good, shrimp was perfectly cooked, sauce had depth. Food was cooked and delivered very quickly. They checked on me mid-meal. Just really as good as it gets for this category. Will be back.

This is a nice quiet restaurant. I came here with my family and there are five of us. The food was delicious! We met the owner and she is very sweet. I had Singapore noodles that came with shrimp and chicken and pork! The curry flavor was delicious. The kids love the dumplings! The sweet and sour was great as well! Very large portions and the service was exceptional! I love this place! This is our new family Chinese restaurant! We will be returning:)

Update: The last few times we’ve been here the food hasn’t been up to par, with the last time we threw away more of the chicken lomein than we ate. These are such nice people and this restaurant has been around a very long time – so I hope they get it sorted out.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times but ate at another restaurant on a day this was closed and it made me realize how good this food really is here.
I had some special order Kung Pao chicken because I’m not a fan of most vegetables and they nailed it. The flavor and the spice was perfect. My wife said her Mongolian Beef was excellent and we both enjoyed the chicken egg rolls.

I started going to China Garden since 1994. Back then the food was great. Over the years the taste of the food has changed so I stopped going. Every now and then I try again and the food is just not good. Today November 17, 2023 I tried again and was totally disappointed in my food. I ordered the lunch menu and had Sweet and sour shrimp. I wanted to try the pork fried rice again and asked for that instead of plain fried rice. The up charge for pork was $5. I specified no eggs or bean sprouts and light onions in the rice. When my order arrived the rice had eggs and bean sprouts so it had to go back. When my order came back, it looked good however was full of large pieces of onions. Can I say the taste of the rice was lacking and I was totally DISAPPOINTED!!! The pork pieces were dry and tasteless. Not like I remember. This was so disappointing. Needless to say, I’m done. That’s my last try with China Garden. A waste of my money. The total cost of my lunch was $21.77.

Walked in tonight to order pick up. Ordered chicken and shrimp lo mein; got home and the food is horrible. No flavor, tons of salt, seems the food is “old”. Definitely won’t pop in again. Just hope my tummy won’t regret it later.

I have been coming here since I was 9 years old. For 33 years they have had the best food, service, and atmosphere of any chinese restaurant. To-go orders are primo, but you really have to come in and ask for a seat. The warm atmosphere provides the peace and comfort you’ve been missing

We had Sake & crab rangoon to start. The waitress brought us wontons. I ordered a chicken egg roll & the ginger pineapple chicken and shrimp with brown rice. Everything was very good.

We absolutely enjoyed our supper of garlic chicken and beef with string beans. Both were so flavorful and savory. To be honest, two people could share a supper entree and be well satisfied. We try to find GOOD Chinese when we go out of town because we have to go out of town to get GOOD Chinese. This is GOOD Chinese.

We visited here on a way to a concert last night. Our town over an hour away, doesn’t have any good Chinese restaurants and that has been something we have missed since we moved to Georgia. So when this place came up in my search we had to go.
It was all very good. I had the almond fried chicken, my go to dish. My son had sweet and sour chicken with noodles, my daughter orange chicken and won ton soup…all things we haven’t been able to find in other places near us.
Service was good, very attentive. Food came out quick. I always appreciate when people in restaurants remember their customers and that seemed to be the case with many other people that came in after us.
We might not get back over there all the time but this won’t be the last time we go here.
