The atmosphere can be very soft and romantic if you are with your favorite person. The patio was perfect at dinner time. I LOVE the smell of the wood fire grill. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I ordered the babyback ribs AMAZING. My favorite person order the grilled Salmon. We had the Philly cheese steak egg rolls for the appetizer.

It started nice then went downhill real fast. We made a reservation, arrived 15 minutes early, table was ready even though entire party wasn’t there yet. That was good. We had two servers to help us. After drinks and appetizers were served, it all went downhill. Entrees took 30+ mins to come and served room temp. Food was mid. My husband’s steak wasn’t best quality pick, tough to cut. Some meals came with desserts and well after we ate and asked for to-go boxes, we reminded them and it was a blaming who didnt put order in. After everyone paid we were then told there was a free dessert for our family members birthday. It was a waiting game unfortunately. Beautiful decorations and holiday spirit though.

Had a good experience here. Everything from warm welcome by greeter to the waiter always checking in to make sure we were satisfied with everything and providing refills, without being asked.
Came by here with family for celebration and good fresh food. We ordered, “Honey Garlic Chicken” – $23.95 and “FIREBIRDS™ Chicken Pasta” – $24.55.
Biting into “Honey Garlic Chicken,” was like biting into a great cooked steak, juicy and tender. “FIREBIRDS™ Chicken Pasta,” had great flavors and has right amount of spicy kick to it. We had to take home leftovers because portions were big.
Service was great. Place was clean. I rarely drink alcohol, but I would say, if you do, you’re going to appreciate their gorgeous bar display. Always been a big fan of bar decor.
Would recommend it to anyone looking for good quality food in Grapevine.

Firebirds is ok. Nothing too bad but the price of the food certainly did not reflect the quality. My salad was ok, steak cooked medium well was very tough and tasted of nothing. The charred carrots tasted fine but half were very under cooked. Wife’s chicken and grains were fine. Son’s spicy chicken sandwich was ok. Daughter’s burger was incredibly basic. Carrot cake tasted nothing of carrot cake and the raspberry sauce for the chocolate cake almost tasted like NyQuil. The service was very friendly and attentive.

I visited on a Monday night and the food was great! It was my second time to eat here. I got the Chilean Sea bass and it was delicious. The onion rings and homemade ranch dressing is always a great starter! However the star of the show was our server, Ruben! He was so attentive and kind and gave us great recommendations! He really made our experience after a long day, feel so much better! If you go, you should ask for him as you will be well cared for!

Came here for the first time all the way from Houston. I dont even know if there is a Firebirds in Houston but I wont be be going if there is. This one in Grapevine, I was not impressed. Our waiter, he was nice I give him that but I had to ask for bread that he said he was going to bring. I waited 20 or more minutes for my not so Perfect Firebirds margarita that tasted more like lemonade. Restaurant overall wasnt that busy but yet we had to wait a good while for our food. My salmon wasn’t cold but it wasnt hot either. Honey Spicy chicken sandwich my wife ordered was to saucy and she ordered tater tots that I had to ask for because she had gotten fries instead. The $172 not including tip was not worth it.

We had a great experience! Our waiter, Ruben, was attentive but didn’t hover. He had great energy and was very kind. Our food was good, my steak cooked just the way I like, the Bacon Deviled Eggs were delicious, and the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake was the perfect finish! Definitely coming back!
