Great food and great service! The sweet lady accidentally spilled drinks and we knew she would probably beat herself up but we didn’t let it get her down! She was so sweet and so apologetic and made sure our drinks were re made and they were perfect! She was a rockstar. Towards the end the manager went around and greeted everyone which was very nice

We ordered 3 meals for pick up. My daughter’s meal was correct, spaghetti with meatballs. My husband order shrimp and chicken but only received shrimp. I ordered chicken but received shrimp. I submitted my review to the restaurant about being charged for food we didn’t receive. But never heard anything about it

I would like to share our experience this Valentine’s Day! We walked in, and was greeted by an awesome host! He was attentive and was very personable with seeting us! When our waitress came to our table, she was polite and up to beat. She asked us what we wanted to drink and we gave her our order for an appetizer. Right after we gave our order for an appetizer, some dude came to our table with it; I thought the waitress would be bringing it! We ordered our meal and our bread sticks and our salad. The waitress brought our salad and mistakenly put Italian dressing on it, but we asked for ranch. She brought my husband’s food, but said my stuffed chicken Marsala would be a minute! When I got my food, according to the picture I posted, the stuffing in the middle, was burnt! Geez, I wish I would have gone somewhere else for Valentine’s Day! I was extremely disappointed! Probably never will be back!!

Disappointed in bread sticks & salad though. Decades ago were smothered in butter, salt, and garlic; not anymore. Salad lacked essential ingredients from past experiences, mainly now lettuce and very little else including dressing. Still nice experience, good attentive server, quiet comfortable atmosphere. I must recommend this restaurant even with its shortcomings.

Olive Garden is a place our family always looks forward to going. However this time we weren’t on our side of town & we visited the location at Flamingo & Maryland. Aiden was our waitress and she was horrible. We ordered an appetizer of unlimited Alfredo sauce and she brought it with no plates. We asked for some & she took probably 10 minutes to bring them over. By the time she brought them our bread & sauce were both cold. Then she had the audacity to hand them towards my husband & said here or did you want me to hand them out or something ? He took them & handed them out. We always order 2 full orders of chicken Alfredo & let them know we’re sharing so it can be split. She had an attitude & asked you know it only comes with 1 soup right ? Yes, we know. Later my husband asked if the soup had a refill (he was asking for my son who was the one to eat one of them). She said yes but only for the person who ordered it originally. Uhm duh, were the adults, we ordered it. Her whole demeanor was trash. Usually Olive Garden’s managers walk around asking how things are going. The manager did not make rounds when we were here. I’m glad I don’t live on this side of town. The eyes, the body language, the tone from this waitress – smh. I hope her night turns around & she’s nicer to the next family.

I recommend this restaurant. The server was friendly. I thought the salad was fresh and the Tour of Italy was awesome! I really can not complain about anything with this restaurant because everything was so warm and filling. Great job to everyone working in this establishment!

I wish I remembered my servers name VERY nice lady with glasses like me lol anyways the food was great it was my first time trying to spinach dip it was so good and those pita chips were very fresh. The drinks were strong and we left happy .

Our visit to Olive Garden was fantastic! We ordered the chicken Alfredo, shrimp scampi, gnocchi soup, and house salad—all were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The breadsticks were a hit, as always, and the drinks were exceptional, adding the perfect touch to our meal.
