Once again I order breakfast burritos like i always do and politely ask for 8 red sauce so I can enjoy my breakfast how I want. I instantly get a dirty look from the lady at the window, like I’m asking for free food or something. And she purposely gives me 4 green sauces. It’s the most annoying thing I’ve ever encountered when going through a drive through. I’ve said before from this happening that I won’t ever go here again. But I am completely done with the disrespect and lack of communication from the ladys that acts like they own this place. It’s only the females that work at the window that do this and it’s bs. You both are horrible employees and should be fired.
I would be happy to pay extra to get what i want but that never gets brought up. They just purposely give me the wrong stuff and try to piss me off and it is working. I’ve been to multiple rancheritos and only the riverton location does this

Rancherito’s Mexican Food in Riverton offers a decent dining experience overall. The food was okay — I had a burrito that was a bit dry, which took away from the flavor. The place is clean but quite small, so it can feel a bit cramped. Service was a bit cold and lacked warmth, which affected the overall vibe. It’s fine for a quick bite, but not a place I’d go out of my way to visit.

I understand wanting to save money, but I did not order a Carne Asada and potato burrito, I ordered a Carne Asada burrito!!! if you want to save money just make a small smaller burrito, not fill it full of potatoes that I did not want! this is unacceptable behavior! get it together and do it right!

Went through the drive-thru and the young lady taking the order was so friendly. She took the time to explain the menu options for the breakfast burritos. I ended up ordering a ham and sausage burrito. It was huge and tasted wonderful!

Finally had to give these guys a 1 star.
Arrived to pickup my usual bacon, egg, and cheese burrito without potatoes bc then you get more of the good stuff.
I was ignored and sneered at in Spanish. Which I understand.
Waited for 5 minutes without any customers in the lobby.
Saying ciao to rancheros after years of coming here.
I won’t stand to be disrespected when I could make this burrito for a fraction of the price.

This is how they gave me my food, and I also asked for red hot sauce, but I got green instead. I even mentioned it in Spanish, and they still couldn’t get it right.

Don’t advertise that you’re open until 2:00 PM if you’re going to close and lock the doors at 1:30.
I stopped at this location on my way home and found the doors locked while an employee was mopping the floor. The sign on the door clearly stated they close at 2:00 PM. I then went through the drive-thru and attempted to place an order. I was first told to hold on, then a man came on the speaker and said they were closed. When I mentioned the posted closing time, he responded with “oh well, we’re closed and don’t have any food,” and disconnected the speaker.
Again, if you advertise being open until a certain time, it should be honored.

They did not cook food well done as requested, added ice to my drink when I asked for no ice. Did not send me off with a fork, I had to debate with them and they did not believe they didnt give a fork unless I showed him the bag. Cmon now be nice to your customers not suspicious. Bad food, did not sit well with my stomach. $22 for what betos can do for $14-16. Guy who owns the place is a nice guy trying his best, I think hes just overwhelmed and burnt out.

One of the worst locations I have been to. I even left a tip and the cashier Ernesto was very rude. I asked for chips and salsa for the kids and they just through the salsa on the chips. When I asked if they can separate them he got mad at me and said I didn’t say anything.
I never bought chips and salsa like this before. Kids would not eat it. After he argued with me on this he finally made another order and the chips were burnt. Carne asada fries did not taste good either. I will not be coming back to this location again.

I literally spit my carne asada fries out first bite because something tasted extremely rancid. I asked them if they could make another one after explaining this to them. The employee acknowledged it could either be the guacamole or the sour cream then refused to make a new plate unless we paid full price!! I politely refused and won’t ever come back to this location
