Ordered online and received the best Pizza hut pizza I’ve had in 20 years. I normally order pickup from the lex-spring mill location but tonight I ordered delivery online and it came from the Galion store. Will only order from this location in the future. It’s so much better. the delivery driver was on time, polite and friendly. Well Done! (12/28/25 invoice #65 Ticket #94 if you want to pass this on to the staff)

Our sever was Rheonna and she provided excellent service for me and my husband last night. She made a suggestion regarding our order of wings as I wanted 3 mild buffalo and my husband wanted bq. She had the wings cooked without the sauce, but brought each of us the sauces we wanted. The food was great as well, but Rheonna went above and beyond to get our order right. She is to be commended on the excellent service provided to us. It was clear that she wanted our dine in experience to be one to remember.

I ordered online and went to the drive thru. The first time I went there they said my pizza wasn’t ready, come back in 15 minutes. I went back in 15 minutes and my pizza was cold and had meat on it- I’m a veggie. I reported this and no comment from headquarters.

Quality has gone significantly down hill. Even simple requests like square cuts are ignored. Ordered extra cheese and didn’t even get normal amount of cheese. Honey BBQ boneless wings came as 8 over cooked chicken pieces with next to no sauce, barely drizzled over. Definitely be going to another pizza place from now on.

Got the big new Yorker pizza…had a soap tasting after taste. My boy loves pizza and he definitely didn’t like this one. Store always seems empty but clean but I miss the salad bar and the people who work there are nice. Later review. Don’t order the melts. They come barely warm and hard as a rock.

This Pizza Hut is located in Galion, Ohio, a small town with a big heart for friends and strangers alike. The Chicken Alfredo is so delicious with all the great crusty bits baked evenly. The Southwestern Sub was just as delicious. We were able to take our time to seat and rest after siteseeing around the area. Lots of parking, clean, and as stated earlier friendly staff.

Order a thin crust pizza. Crust was to crispy, hardly any sauce, just few banana peppers on it, pepperoni was ok. Not ordering from there again.

Everything is okay…. But seriously get real, ONE SMALL CUP OF MARINARA, for FIVE LARGE BREAD STICKS?? Like dude seriously marinara sauce isn’t THAT expensive, they used to give you a big cup, now they only give you enough for like 2 breadsticks maybe? Not to mention it costs extra for more marinara!
