Why do the glazed donuts specifically from this location always come out looking like they’ve got a bad sunburn?? The glaze is thin and hard and flakes off like dead skin. I’ve had glazed donuts from this shop a handful of times thinking maybe it was a newbie making a mistake or something but it’s pretty consistent.

I ordered 3 maple donuts and 1 cinnamon roll. The attendance placed them all in 1 bag and all the maple was on the bag. There was very little icing on the cinnamon roll.

The reason why I gave them a one star on food and services is because I told the young lady at the window that I wanted a Diet Pepsi. She gives me a regular Peps and I can’t drink regular Pepsi with all that sugar so I told her I wanted to diet pepsi. She left me sitting there at the window for almost 5 minutes because they had a delivery truck and she grabbed the Diet Pepsi off the delivery truck because they didn’t have any in stock so now my Diet Pepsi is warm and I’m on the road driving and trying to eat my food and drink my warm soda. The workers should know what they have in stock and they should let the customer know that they are out of diet soda and I could have chose something else.

The donut wasn’t bad, the coffee was more milk than anything and the wait times, ridiculous. The staff looked lost and unorganized, the manager looked frazzled. I think it’s time for new management to get things straightened out. If I had a choice we would probably would have had better service at the MVD.

The Manager Mike is rude and rushes people. Won’t even give you a chance to order before he says anything else. When I told him that was rude he got attitude. The best part he didn’t scan my app for $12 dollar visit. The other people at this store are great Mike is not.

Best Dunkin ever! The kids are so sweet and polite, even at 6 in the morning. You can tell they care about getting your order perfect. They never make substitutions without your approval, taking time in busy drive through lines to make helpful suggestions. However, this location is stocked WAY better than others. The coffee is always spot on too. But the best part by far is the staff. They don’t even make you ask for a pup cup! I hope the boss notices what a great job they do.

I usually like getting my drinks here but when I tried to get a Matcha made with all cream instead of milk today, the girl said they’re not allowed to do that and I asked why and she said they’re just not allowed but she can do it this one time like she was doing me a favor?she still made it with whole milk like I’m too stupid to notice. I even asked her if she can charge me for all cream. She said it’s not that we’re just not allowed kind of ridiculous. Don’t think I’ll ever go back to this Dunkin.

Donuts are normal. As much as you can expect from dunkin. I ordered a latte and mocha latte. The mocha was too bitter. There was no creaminess in the latte. Would have been better ordering a coffee and creamer. Wishing for better coffee from Dunkin.

Idk who is running the DT early this morning but I hope he stays. Sometimes, early in the morning, decent attitude and quality customer service starts the whole day off correctly. I’ve had my disappointments in the past. I hope his example is reflective!
