It’s easy to eat vegan at Taco Bell, but more choices would be great. The service here at my Taco Bell is great. The staff are nice and professional. The store could be cleaner.

Let’s get one thing straight, Taco Bell ain’t nothing but a thang. Southern California Icon. This particular location in Fullerton is small but nighty, three person crew at mid day running it. Drive through was bountiful, inside dining was well represented. Manager/Shift lead was on point. Young worker on register was new and wide-eyed, filled with hope and a yearning for whatever his future may bring. Cook was quick and attentive, a real pro. Taco Bell, a Southern California Icon and this Fullerton location is a testament to the Taco Bell legacy.

I tried this location again since it is the closest to where I live and immediately regretted it, again. This location consistently uses significantly smaller portions of ingredients in its burritos; probably about 1/3rd less than other Taco Bells nearby. It is rediculous.

Went to this Taco Bell around 9:40 December 10th. The drive through associate was extremely rude and refused to get my order right. He didn’t get me any sauces I had asked for and it doesnt even look like theres any chicken in the food I ordered (I paid extra for it). Whoever that guy is, maybe he needs to be re-trained because I’ve worked at Taco Bell locations worse than this and this kind of behavior is unacceptable. What a shame I decided to go to this Taco Bell and be so utterly disappointed

Went in today was waiting to get serviced then was told to use the kiosk I informed the employee that I’m paying with cash and still wanted me to use the kiosk once I left the line the employee went ahead and asked for the next person’s order while ignoring my order. Will never come back here again with the service they offer her. If you want to be serviced and not pushed to used a kiosk just don’t go to that specific location and go to another location. Other taco bell locations are more then willing to help you but this one it’s always some kind of issue.

Disappointed with my order.. I got a Crunchwrap combo and subbed the meat for potatoes. Half my Crunchwrap is empty and my taco was inside out with the toppings in the wrapper with the shell on the side. I know it’s fast food but come on this is just bad service.

This place is pathetic . All the sodas were completely just carbonated water .. no syrup .. no taste , the tacos were so skimpy it was literally like eating just a taco shell by itself , i asked for my order “for here” .. it was packaged to-go , and the dining room was filthy . Im adding the taco bell franchise to another place ill never give my business to again . Extremely over priced for what you get . Stay away . Especially this location … they are horrible! You’ve been warned !

Employee was staining chairs inside the restaurant and a chemical order from the stainless so bad I asked her to take it outside because it’s toxic and she told me no it’s not and she was sitting at the wheelchair table screwed then she took the chairs outside and put it right in front of the wheelchair accessible entrance. And I asked the cashier to check and make sure my taco was way out correctly and I saw my tacos were already made and he delivered to me without checking the weight. No one seen happy at this restaurant! And trying to get some napkins and sauce people can’t wait for me to get my sauce and turn around they had to order first and they made me wait and a little corner until they were done ordering people in the restaurant didn’t say anything very rude!

Food tastes good like it always does but im frustrated with whoever bags the food. Nearly every time they put my tacos in upside down so when I go to grab them everything falls out to the bottom of the bag. Please start packing the items correctly.

Absolutely terrible, I tried to get some late night snacks at 12:45 am, 15 minutes before they close,-!: they closed early and refused to serve us. It says they close at 1am! That is so stupid. I’m sorry these teenagers want to disregard guidelines and close early but I went out of my way to get my favorite fast food and they closed early!
