This is the only Arby’s in Henry County, Virginia. I came in to try the steak nuggets. They were good, but dry – better with that awesome honey bbq sauce. I also got a burger (which is a newer thing) and I thought it was strangely good! Service was average, while the store just looked outdated and sad.

I enjoyed my visit to Arby’s on Memorial Blvd in Martinsville. Staff was pleasant. Place was clean. My smokehouse brisket sammich was fresh and well prepared. They had potatoe cakes which some Arby’s stopped selling at some point. And my turnover was delicious. I rang the bell as I walked out the door.

the meat tasted funny like it was going bad, waited 20 mins behind a car that got a very small bag of food. this is the worst Arby’s I have ever ate at. now I see why they have bad reviews and nobody is hardly ever eating there. also there grade was not posted at the drive thru window which I thought was odd too, I would hate to see what the grade is! we ordered 3 roast beef sandwiches all nasty, but the fries was ok. lady at the window was nice too but that all I have good to say about it

I think when it comes to fast food, Arbys is one of the better ones. This location is very sparse on the inside. The food was good. The service was good. It was prepared reasonably fast but I was the only one here.

Went through the drive thru, lobby closed due to being short staff. Still the wait wasn’t too long. Worth it to be able to get a roast beef sandwich. Not the best made one I have received. The chicken is what we wanted to try, but was out of stock. Most of the items people want seem to be. The staff were polite like most visits. They have always been over the years. Also we received the correct condiments to go along with our order. The Curly fries were hot and fresh. Those alone are a great reason to visit. Thanks.

The food is amazing curly fries are the best.And the condiments bar has horseradish and ketchup and Arby’s sauce self-service get how much you need with out needing to open 15 packs of different sauce’s.I highly recommend Arby’s.

The roast beef was wonderful as it always is! Curly fries were also! The service was great! The two ladies who were there seemed to be the only ones there, but they worked as a team and took care of everyone with ease that was calm, cool, and collected! Just watching them work together and the courtesy they showed each customer; even though they were pretty busy, made my day! Thank you, Ladies! Keep on smiling! My order was to go, but I went inside to order. I’m glad I did.
