I was really disappointed with my recent order. The pizza arrived cold AND burnt, which makes no sense. On top of that, the delivery took over an hour, even though I live close by. By the time it finally showed up, it wasn’t worth eating. Definitely not the quality or service I expect from Pizza Hut. I hope they improve, because this was a terrible experience.

My family likes this pizza hut location. Its clean and they are fast and friendly. On occasion the thin crust will have to much sauce and it will be a tad soggy. Last time I was there the lady that checked out 2 customers in front of me quite literally asked for them to tip on the screen. Not my preference. Too pushy and almost like try to embarrass you if you didnt do it. Definitely need to let the cashiers know that is inappropriate.

Horrible service! Rude people! No one knows what they are doing. Waited 20 minutes with two kids for two personal pan pizzas. Ranch looks gross too. Only person sitting inside waiting and they just kept looking at me. Will never go back to that location.

Your thin crust is too thin & your supreme pizza is a joke. Very few toppings for the price. You don’t compare with Marco’s pizzas & neither do you ever email me a 25% coupon like they do.

My fiancee and I have dined a couple times in the last three months and I was very impressed. Even though this location is typically delivery/carry out, the staff has done an excellent job accommodating to us. This one employee has served us each time we’ve been. He’s always there “on his day off”. Give him a raise! Seriously, he gives us our plates, ranch, parm and red pepper shakers and is all business! Our pepperoni pizza always comes out hot and tasty.

Ordered online, paid for FOUR toppings. Picked it up, drove 30 minutes home, opened the box…and surprise! Pizza Hut gave me the “mystery diet edition” with just ONE topping.
So basically, I spent extra money and gas to discover that my other three toppings had gone into witness protection. By the time I realized the mistake, I was too far away to go back — unless Pizza Hut wanted me to burn another tank of gas just to beg for the mushrooms, peppers, and sausage I already paid for.
Nothing says “family pizza night” like everyone staring at a sad, underdressed pizza that looks like it came straight from a high school cafeteria.
Thanks, Pizza Hut. Next time I’ll just order breadsticks — at least I’ll know what I’m not getting.

I just ordered a medium pizza at Pizza Hut. I ordered extra sauce and cheese so the pizza would taste great with my Sunday movie. I don’t believe they put extra sauce on the pizza – it tastes like a store bought pizza – just average in taste. I still have a pizza craving due to the poor quality SMH

Place has really gone downhill. On a slow weeknight I got this terrible tasting, thrown together slop. Didn’t even have cheese on half of it. Go to the one at Baylor of you must do Pizza Hut in the Waco area.

We ordered a thin n crispy and some Cajun wings today for dinner and the food was delicious. We order from Pizza Hut often and our pizza and wings from this location are always cooked perfectly, hot, and delicious. The employees are always very friendly and so nice. Highly recommend!
