During my visit, my order for a peanut butter parfait was prepared incorrectly as it did not include hot fudge rather a chocolate sauce.. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the individual who prepared the item argued with me, insisting that hot fudge had been used. Rather than correcting the mistake and replacing the order, I was forced to pay for a second item.
It is disappointing that the staff chose to argue rather than simply owning the mistake and providing a solution. Moving forward, I will be taking the longer trip to your Schrock Rd location instead.

“I wanted to share a bit of feedback as a loyal Dairy Queen fan. I really believe there’s an untapped opportunity with the early-morning gym crowd—if locations opened around 5:30 AM, you’d likely see strong traffic from people finishing workouts and looking for a quick, satisfying treat or protein-friendly option. Many gyms are packed at that hour, and there aren’t many convenient, familiar brands open that early. I think an earlier opening could bring in a whole new wave of regular customers and set Dairy Queen apart in the morning space.”

Waited in the drive thru at the speaker for 10, minutes I was the only other car in the drive thru. After a 10 minute hold, I was informed that there’s no food in the restaurant only ice cream. Honestly a huge failure on their part

By far the worst DQ in Columbus. The staff and manager would rather argue with you instead admit they were wrong. I ordered a M&M Blizzard and they gave me an Oreo Blizzard then told me I was wrong on what I ordered. So it was either take the Oreo or they were charging me for another blizzard. Don’t go here.

just made a visit, the girl taking my order was basically screaming- could’ve gone deaf. then she started yelling at her poor coworker working on my blizzard complaining about consistency, once she took over and i got my oreo blizzard finding only two-three chunks of oreo. why complain about the constancy when the oreo blizzard is lacking the oreos?

This Dairy Queen really depends on who is working. The part time staff seem to make everything right and it’s good. Unfortunately depending on the day or time you will get things like unmixed shakes, not asking if you want whipped cream but leaving a bunch of space for it.
However for a $6 regular shake it’s a waste of money now. They cut back on blizzard toppings unless you ask for extra which is $1.50 more, making a regular sized blizzard $12. Yes. $12 for a blizzard… As for food you can get a burger, fries and shake from five guys for the same money and it’s tastier with much larger portions.
I’ll stick to graeters in the summer for ice cream, it’s right down the street and at least paying that much I’ll get great service and great ice cream.

We usually go to the South State Street location in Westerville, but decided to try this one since it’s actually a little bit closer to our house. We had such a great interaction with staff members, they were so friendly and we had a great conversation while waiting for our ice cream. Everything came out perfectly and we look forward to visiting this location again. Thank you!

Ordered a Peanut Buster Parfait and they made it wrong. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until I got home. No middle layer of fudge and peanuts and no peanuts in the bottom layer. $7.33 for a wrong order on a simple, classic item. “Under new management?” Never going back.

I can not believe what I saw tonight!!! This girl same one who pulled out a bad banana, the peel was black look at us to see if we were looking and was about to cut and put it in there until someone said something! So gross and to top it off the whole entire time she was making the blizzard no gloves. GROSS GROSS no good customer service at this place whatsoever ever! I can’t no believe she was about to put a nasty banana on our icecream
