The service is consistently personalized and charismatic. The female manager trully cares about the quality of food, as I havnt once had a meal that was below fast food quality, even when the price for the meal was $5. It’s my consistent lunch spot when I’m too lazy to prepare the day before and if this place was like any other fast food place, I would’ve tried something different by now.

Wow the food was delicious and hot! Not sure if people woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what but the only d word I got to say is delicious. The ladies were pleasant and I was patient as I wanted a special order and needless to say I wasn’t disappointed!! I came one time before and I called prior and spoke to the manager and she was so nice and really satisfied me and now have been happy each time I came. I’m always looking for a good deal and they have really good deals and even tastier food!

My wife and I just left the drive-thru. Alex was really kind and had patience with us as it was my first time in a while eating at Hardee’s and my wife’s very first time there. Recommend going to this specific Hardee’s while Alex is on the shift! Eating the food now before our 3 hour drive back to Jersey. Delicious!

These ladies know me on the daily and are always polite!!!! Always use to come here every day because of the ham and cheese English muffins til they stopped those. Now, I go maybe 2 or 3 times per year instead of every day. They always are prompt as possible and pleasant. Thanks Kristen and the rest of the amazing crew!

This is the best Hardee’s that I’ve ever been to. Alex, Beverly, and Walter had the best customer service and were very helpful and professional. The food here is even more outstanding. I got to compliment the chef, ShaBria, on my Monster Burger, which was made with nothing but love. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Very unprofessional for food service. I saw the cook playing with another employees hair, then ordered the the double Grilled cheese burger and found a hair on my sandwich. The manager DID provide a refund, but its unacceptable for employees to be physically touching each others hair around a grill. And on top of that, I didnt see any gloves or hair nets. Ive worked in the food service industry for 2 years, and have long hair for a guy, but ive never had a hair in a food, because I wore gloves and kept my hair tied up. Take notes guys. I wouldnt be so upset if I didnt almost vomit at the thought of hair in my sandwhich during every bite. Money doesnt fix that experience unfortunately. I hope you guys do better for other people and take appropriate actions to prevent this from happening to other customers.
