Food wasn’t placed out on mobile order counter so I wasted time thinking it wasn’t ready. I got my order then wanted sauce and waited for like 2 minutes. A worker passed by me and made eye contact but walked past me. I ended up leaving because I was in a rush and didn’t ever end up getting the sauce I wanted.

Well I go in order two tacos and a strawberry red Daze. And it looks like they drank some of it or just forgot the rest of my drink. Asked the curly haired manager about it and just blew me off. The rest of the employees seemed pretty nice but him in general, very rude. Do better sir.

First time ordering breakfast sandwich here. Ordered sausage croissant with egg. Horrible! Overpriced for the type of sandwich. You’re better off getting McDonald’s sausage with egg sandwich, at least their quality is good and consistent. This was a HUGE disappointment! Cold sandwich with cheese fallen off to the side, just horrible for the price. Will not be getting breakfast here again.

My chicken sandwich had way too much mayonnaise and one very little piece of lettuce and very mediocre. My drinks i asked for no ice were mostly ice. All of the fries were barely there, definitely not half full or full.

Employees block the drive thru with their personal vehicles and lock doors before POSTED closing time. Embarrassing for the company. Saw at least 5 cars pull up after we did.

This was February 8th, went through the drive through and this is how I received my fries, that is not pepper on the fries, I am sure it is burnt stuff floating around in the fryer, I am sure the fryer was way over due to be cleaned. No telling what else is way over due for a cleaning in this place. Besides the fries being messed up, the service was bad, at the drive up window customers should not see employees horsing around.

First time ever doing a review on a company, but I’m OVER this store and the excuses the managers give. We live down the street and use them and Taco Bell quite often, as its really the only fast food place around us. Our food is either missing, wrong or cold 90% of the time. Having to call and complain and save receipt so we can get a comped on our next visit is getting extremely old. Tonight was the iceing on the cake. I have to order my sandwich without ketchup everytime to make sure it’s fresh. Well I open my sandwich and see TWO pieces of cheese on my meat. One old and one new. The top bun was smashed so hard from them REWARMING the sandwich. At this point its paper thin and cold.
Called 4 times and no one picked up til the 5th time and the manager could care less, once again. We will never go back and idk why we continued to go back before. Sorry for the novel, but I think ppl should know.
