Texas roadhouse has the BEST rolls ever! This location is extremely busy for lunch/ dinner on weekends, but we used the joint the list feature so we only waited about 10 minutes instead of over an hour. Mozzarella sticks were good, friend onions to die for… but the entrees were bleh. Hamburgers were nothing special, I ordered a medium rare steak and it was brought out medium done, so that was trash. Waitress was very sweet and attentive.

This was the one thing I wanted when we got discharged from labor and delivery. So we finally order it for pick up because we can’t take our newborn in anywhere for a bit and it’s terrible. The rolls are burned enough to actually taste burned which is extremely disappointing. My meal was undercooked. My fiancés meal had mashed potatoes and gravy on his chicken rather than just the gravy like ordered. We ordered the combo appetizer and the boneless wings are so so dry and cold, not saucy like usual, the rattlesnake bites were also dried out. My side of green beans is mostly just liquid. The best part of our meal was the ranch… and that’s pretty hard to screw up. Wasted $65 on food we hardly ate because it was gross.

I’ve been here multiple times. This last time I came I was a lil disappointed (01/01/2026) my steak was fine but one of the main things about this place is the bread! Being pregnant I was excited. However I’m not sure if they changed the recipe or the baker was learning but it was literally the worst bread ever not even the butter could save it. It was not the right texture and flat. Super disappointed

We had a wonderful visit to this texas roadhouse. The freshly baked bread and salted roasted peanuts are delicious. The staff was very friendly. The kids’ menu was also great and my little ones loved it. The music was perfect and added to a relaxed afternoon.

This place is super busy and popular, so I recommend reserving a table ahead of time. According to our waitress, it is the busiest location in Arizona. We visited on a Friday evening, so the parking lot was packed. The environment and atmosphere is noisy and upbeat, with lots of music, people singing, and people talking. The food was fabulous, and the service was quick and to the point. Steaks are cooked to perfection, and the portion sizes are large. The menu also has a huge variety to choose from. I would definitely return, but probably on a not so busy day.

We had a really good experience at this location. Our wait time was less than what was quoted. Our server was outstanding. I wish I could remember her name. She was friendly, professional, and brought the kind of service I wish we got everytime. Food was great.
My only complaint is once we got “on deck” it took about another 15 minutes to actually be seated. There were 3 parties ahead of us on deck that had the same experience.
Overall very satisfied. Would visit this location again.

The filet medallions were cooked exactly as requested—tender and flavorful. The ribeye came out perfectly medium rare, juicy with a great sear. We enjoyed all the sides: the mashed potatoes were creamy, the baked potato was perfectly cooked, and the seasoned rice was full of flavor. That bread is amazing! Excellent service as well. Great experience all around.

I wanted to send a praise for Michael, the bartender at Texas Roadhouse. His service was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, funny, and easy to talk to — the kind of genuine conversation you don’t get everywhere. He was perfectly attentive without being pushy or interrupting, always right on the spot when we needed something.
I used to be a bar manager and I really appreciate great service when I see it. I actually came back just to get a reprint of my receipt so I could make sure to send a shoutout to corporate. Michael is the kind of team member that makes guests want to return. Texas Roadhouse is lucky to have him.

My husband and I went in earlier today for dinner and it was the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The girls at the front were super nice and got us seated right away. Our server Dejah was amazing! She made our experience 10x’s better. We never had to ask for anything, she was always on it! You can see she genuinely cares and takes pleasure in her work. Service like this makes a big difference, and it’s why we’ll surely be returning! On top of that, the food was great! All of our steaks were cooked correctly and tasted really good. The manger Mamma D was super nice and came by to check on us to make sure food and service was good. All around we felt taken care of!! From the minute we walked in, to the minute we left, we were very satisfied! Definitely will be back to this location very soon! Great staff! Great food!

Absolutely the best service I have ever received. Shawna is absolutely amazing and she is very nice and makes you feel right at home. I think this has to be the best Texas Roadhouse hands down. The service is great the food is fantastic and the atmosphere is perfect. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the area and need to find a restaurant for friends or family. OR maybe you just want a quick bite to eat and you grab a seat at the bar. I usually get takeout but if I’m going to sit down at the restaurant I would highly recommend Shawna for your server and don’t forget to get your sidekick of ribs with your steak it’s such amazing value it’s really hard to pass up.
