I came here to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. I had to wait 20+ minutes and asked them 4 times how long it would take. On the 4th they finally checked the receipt and looked one of the items was already on their counter where food that has been made is put up and has been so for the past 10 minutes. After that they said they needed to make the other freeze. And one of the workers went into the back to get that done. There were two others looking at the receipt for my order and one of them checking the freeze that was already done threw it into the trash as it was already melted. After that i just chose to leave

I hate to write a bad review but what’s the deal with the Blizzards now??? The last 3 i’ve recieved are just soft serve ice cream with a few cookie dough pieces in it. The employees wont dare turn it upside down to show you its a blizzard because it would all just run out like soft serve because it’s just soft serve…. Sucks to not have authentic Blizzards available anymore. I see the owner from time to time, I’ll have to ask him about it and if it’s changed or if i’m missing something here.

DQ doesn’t let you order double fudge cookie dough anymore. So I ordered choco brownie and paid extra to add cookie dough. My blizzard didn’t have any cookie dough and barely had brownie. The app is also very glitchy and doesn’t let you enter more than one gift card.

Worst food I’ve ever eaten in my whole life. Ordered double cheeseburger with no ketchup because son allergic, it was burned to crisp and smothered in ketchup. Everything was cold. Thank God for Buster bars. Literally spent $70
